Better Burger

First time trying better burger. Ordered online and arrived after pickup time and had to wait 5 minutes for fries. Sat down waiting for them. Ordered 7up and it tasted like slightly fizzy water, staff kindly replaced with a pepsi. Fries were cold, not even warm although I had to wait an extra 5 minutes after my pickup time. Opened my make it better fries to this... cold aswell. Disappointed :/

Quick service, chips were good but the double cheese burger was average. Chocolate shake was very average. Very over priced for what you get.

Another Halal joint in Auckland. Extra delicious Double Cheese and Cheese Burgers ask them not to add bacon which is indeed not Halal and handled separately. Kids loved the Fried Chicken pieces. Worth the value.

The decoration style with a strong sense of design does not mean that the consumption level here is very high. Reasonable price, and delicious burger, worth your visit. Introducing the Double Beef Bacon Burger. Recommended!

Great choice and easy menu to select from, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed the milkshake was very delicious till the we got our order shakes were nearly finished. Burgers and fried chicken was delicious . Not bad decision at all after watching Space Jam for our lunch time.

Awesome service and recommendation/advice from server, my first time here. Delicious cheeseburgers! Also got epic fries and was not disappointed! Will def be back to try the other burger flavours

Nicely cooked patty. Buns were okay. Fries were also okay. Can get hard pretty quickly once it starts cooling down. Liked the mustard on the upgraded version. Would have loved if the drinks were filled to the rim.

Better Burger, as the name suggests, definitely has better fast food than any common chains. However, the service and cleanliness of this Better Burger is terrible. It took approximately 20 minutes just for fries, and an extra ten minutes for a single burger to arrive. It was not even a busy afternoon. I do not think there are enough staff here who know what they are doing, despite the fact that Sylvia Park is always a busy shopping center.

My burger was delicious well done on that ! But my fries were a bit burn I didn’t finish it cause it burn on most of them. The table has to be clean too, we wipe it out but should have done by a staff as well. Other then that was good thank you
