First time coming to the Sylvia Park branch and it was pretty good! Have a new thing going on or maybe I'm just a bit late where you can scan the QR code on the table to order! Got one of their $15 half chicken promotion which was delicious. Service was pretty fast and when I noted them that the cups were running low, they restocked fast. Only down side was there seemed to not be much people cleaning up after tables so we just had to sit at a table with previous plates stacked on the adjacent tables.
7pm Wednesday night. Walk in. No chicken, no halloumi, no spicy rice. Just under $30 for a burger with drink and fries with a shared plate of 4 boneless thighs. $60 for 2 people. Lots of fries, kumara chips were nice, but chicken in the blat wasn't great and thighs were tiny. Plates just put on the table without telling us what anything was mixed ours up with another party at our table. Nandos sadly became a Nandont
Good food, service was in good time too. Did have some issues with speed of service a few months ago but they seem all good now. Nandos has a hand washing station for customers which I always appreciate though on this occasion the paper towel dispenser was broken so made do with napkins. Food was great though, tasty and the chips were nice and fresh.
Yesterday31/08/2022 we went to Dine in here at around 8.15pm.I tried to Order from the table ,somehow there was an error with my the order.So went to the counter to place the order.The lady at the counter told me their Peri Peri Chips are not upto standard and if she is a consumer she wouldn't buy it.I think the management should definitely look into this as even your employee didn't want to eat your chips. I didn't end up buying the chips listening to the staff's advise.
This isnt our first time eating at theSylvia park branch, but it is the first time i feel compelled to post. The place was bustling when we arrived for dinner, about 2/3 of the restaurants were full. And my order took about 30min. I ordered a whole chicken with peri peri chips and garlic bread. The chicken was juicy and well cooked. The bread however looked exceptionally burnt, but the waiter didnt care. The peri peri chips came with no peri peri salt. There were no plates, and there were no cutleries. When we went back up to the counter, they said they were sorry there was none left. Not a good experience but i hope it’s a one-off.
Loved the food and especially their sauces. Nice and cozy place with good spots to click pictures. Can spend a quality time with friends or family.
Went for lunch with my family , many tables were not cleared i have to go around to find cleared table for 4. Fortunately we found one and settled in. Food was good delivered to us shortly . Since cutlery, bottle of water and glasses are self serve my son had to pick them up in a designated corner . There were plates in the said section but no forks and knives . Bottled water was at a farther section and no glasses provided. It’s not organised at all. Food was ok except the paella was just a fried rice .
Just had dinner here and woow the chicken was on poin the interior, the art on the walls, absolutely stunning. It really gave me a cozy vibe. I had such a great time that I forget it was middle of the week. It seriously felt like a Friday
We're told they were going to open late because if staffing, 12.15 instead of 11 so saw many ppl choose not to wait, and then told there was a long wait for service. There was an ever growing list of unavailable food, which you would think would have been stocked being a Saturday! Two of the staff were hovering at the counter playing on their phones. Sent my burger back as the vege patty was lukewarm, took ages for it to be delivered back to my table by an unenthusiastic server with not a word. Seriously would've had a better experience at the food court! Vegetarian options: Limited because half the options were unavailable ...no halloumi, no rice, no salad, no corn.. Just to name a few
The chicken didn’t have the taste we crave for nando's at all! It was burnt and not juicy like any other times. Fries were also not like previous. Totally disappointed with the food and everything. Moreover theire toilets are not well maintained at all. Dirty and stinky. They need huge improvement in this particular outlet.Food: 2/5
