It is supposed to be a place for us to enjoy the nice and delicious foods and having fun time with my family. However, I just can not get over how unhygienic the place can be. I guess the place is always busy and constantly been occupied by incoming customers where there is no time for staff to clean the area on time.
Awesome staff, always on time with their food and deliverance, very nice HOT crispy chips is always a big high 5 and the burgers are just delicious Food: 5/5
It's a great place to meet friends with young children. The cold drinks they first served were very bland. We asked and got the replacement those were a bit better, but still tasted a bit weaker than usual. Kids loved the playground and the parking is always easy.Food: 2/5
Sadly the food quality has dropped over the last 6 months. My last review was great, nice hot fresh food, quick service. Today I had to wait and still got cold soggy fries and a big Mac that was thrown together with heaps of lettuce. I use the app often but find when it's a deal the food is junk, ie stale buns. Very disappointed.Food: 1/5
1 star could've been a 0 star. Came here to have dinner lastnight after Arcades and the place was a mess. Stacked up rubbish on tables and the actual rubbish bin was full to capacity. The tables were not clean and the floor was disgusting. The playground area was the worst, dirty and smelly. Not to mention the disabled toilet was completely blocked! Had 1 staff trying to clean up however he was just as slow, and just pushing down all the rubbish in the already full bins ‍ it was so gross!!!
Coke was warm and not fizzy, Fried were cold, sundae was icy and not creamy. Have had better times but yesterday was a low.Food: 2/5
Granddaughter saw a crockeroch on the table edge. After my alert, a staff member came with a cloth to terminate it, no further words, and just walk away.Food: 3/5
The service here compared to others is actually so good. Always friendly, always helpful, always smiley. Food is usually fresh and up to standard, coffee is not so great though?Food: 4/5
Missed my 1 order at the drive-through, I then asked to have my medium meal added, they did this, but never gave me the chips for the 2nd meal. Only the drinks. I specifically asked the lady at the last window to add ketchup to the order. This was not done either. When I arrive home to find this issue, I try to call 4 times to no avail. Very disappointed
Worst McDonald's ever visited in Auckland after Manurewa one. We paid for extra customisations and they missed it all. Unfortunately it was take away and we were far off from this place so had no chance to return back and show it to them.Food: 1/5
