Enjoyable egg burger: had the necessary lettuce, tomato, tomato sauce, patty and egg, nicely grilled buns too, burger came out streaming hot, non greasy. Hot dog was also crispy. Service with a smile, happy with this find, will gladly return to try out other menu items. Would recommend.Food: 4/5

Super expensive and low quality. I try to support local, but they have loyalty to their customers. For $39 we are better off with pizza that we are full and will have left overs. They have claimed inflation, but no one else has this low quality and quantity for $6 chips.

This place doesn't look much from the outside or inside!! But it does have great food. Fish and chips, hot dogs yummy with a crunchy fresh oil flavour batter.Food: 5/5

I love this little takeaways, it's addictive. I come from the takeaway capital Mangonui and haven't found a fish and chip shop that was tasty like northland and I've found it in little FarmcoveFood: 5/5

The chicken chow mein is fantastic. Lots of veges and generous size. The sweet and sour pork was good too. I will defiantly be coming back here for more

Bog standard chip shop. No real passion for the food just working hard for the dollar, sweet and sour pork is 90% batter, rest of the Chinese food is average. Chips are generally good, although small portions. Farm Cove shops need a tidy up in general, starting with a decent fish n chip shop. Some decent burgers would be a nice start!

Just bought chips and tartare, $8 yields around $5 worth of chips, they were oily and some tasted like off fish, not salted that well and the tartare sauce was like eta tartare sauce, which was average. Chips were hot at least

Look, what do you want from me? It's a neighbourhood fish and chip shop, with reasonable value Chinese offerings if you're bored with fish and chips. Usually still on the crispy side of crispy vs soggy when you get them home. No crumbed fish, nothing fancy, just neighbourhood fish and chips. Same as you'll find at every corner shops in the country. Perfectly fine, but not a meal you plan as a treat or anything.
