Refund has been provided - thank you. Badly Burnt Naan. I bought 13 naans for takeaway last night for a function and most of them were badly burnt. My guests had no choice but to eat it as we did not have any other food. It was quite embarrassing - please kindly provide a refund or credit note.

I ordered from here, thinking about the amazing experiences I have had at the Dominion Road branch. But Botany was a let down, the veg Manchurian was badly burnt and the noodles were just tasteless.

What a nice place. On the New Years day 1/1/2023, we flew into Auckland, NZ, we were hungry and looking for a place to eat. We were recommended another Panjabi food place in Botany. Went there, the owner said since we did not have a reservation; three of us will have to sit on a table for two mind you the restaurant was 3/4 empty. I asked my son to look for another Indian restaurant nearby and we were lucky enough to find Dosa Plaza. We called, the owner said they will be glad t o accommodate three of us on a short notice. When we arrived, we were promptly seated and the menu provided. Though the restaurant was fairly busy, Food was prepared in 15 minutes. Both the Food and Service were great. When I went to pay the bill, the owner turned out to be a very nice person and just amazing. We chatted for quite some time. What a guy, what a place, that made us happy and gave a boost to the New Year.... Way to go... Thank you for everything. Would recommend it easily...

I came in and the place was quite so I thought it would be lovely to have some hot south indian food to take away. I was not greeted and had to scramble to find a menu on one of the tables. I had a couple of questions about what I was wanting to order and to pick between some items. I waited for about 5 minutes while the staff spoke to each other in front of me. The lady at the counter was clearly frustrated at something that was happening on her screen. And although I was standing directly in front of her, I was not acknowledged. After a few minutes I looked at her for a while until she finally made eye contact and said 'can you wait?' in a rather rude and aggressive tone. I left. Unfortunately I don't think I would've received this treatment if I was white man or woman but because I am Indian this seems acceptable. Had she have acknowledged me right away and asked me kindly/politely, I would've been happy to wait. I understand what it takes in such an environment but it doesn't take much to be nice. I won't be stepping foot back here and will defer any friends and family too.

Food was very delicious. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Really satisfied with the service. Beautiful ambience Quantity of food was way more than we expected so we had to take lots of takeaway containers . Always recommend this place to everyone.Food: 5/5

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Really huge menu so make sure you're strategic with your table so you can try a bit of everything. Great service, really quick delivery. Must try: Tandoori Momo's, like the most delicious dumplings but a bit spicy, tangy, and very delicious

Ordered Veg Manchurian Dry. Quantity and quality both poor. Test like burnt and extra salty. I had also ordered Dosa which was really test nice.

Ordered Filter coffee, paid 6:50 $ almost, but not worth at all. Staffs are everywhere floating around. Front counter girl don't know how to smile? Got the red colour sechewan noodles. Very poor quality you guys have to learn from another branch, they are much better then yours. Dury manager was on and off from the floor to helped the kitchen. Long weekend they must be organized in advance. Not recommended

I would like to share the worst n terrible dinner experience of my life at this place last night. I am a regular customer here , I come here pretty much every weekend with my family. Not only that I forced my friends from other ethnicities to come and try the food here. But l am very disappointed with their service last night. So we ordered a punjabi thali for the first time. Daal was so tasteless with too much salt that one can’t have at all, mixed veg was jus like someone put that mixed veg from those frozen packet from supermarket with some sauce-absolutely tasteless and paneer with hardddd paneer cubes and pathetic naan…...when informed the manager about the same, she took our thali to the kitchen like she is gonna fix that and brought the same back -with the answer sorry ma’am chef is saying he made everything fresh. We spent $20 for that disgusting food and of course it is disappointing when your money is just going down the drains. But no solutions by the manager. I thought when I go to pay the bill at the counter she may ask me not to pay for that dish or give some discount but noo she made me pay the whole amount- poor management skills. NEVER GOING BACK THERE, also will tell our friends about this experience and whoever is reading this please keep in mind doesn’t matter how much business you have given this restaurant, they won’t acknowledge that, so don’t even waste your time. There our other Indian restaurant in Auckland like Novelty and Tarka and even soo many more who would value their customers and provide a better solution. I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION TO CHOOSE 0 rating for this.

Ordered Uber eats, they missed part of my order. I called to ask for an explanation. First they didn’t acknowledge they did until I mentionned I checked with the driver and he didn’t see it. Finally it was “yes we forgot it, sorry will do better next time “. Okay but I paid for that item and I kind of wanted it now ? Like wth. Put in a uber request for a refund but there 100% won’t be a next time with that kind of poor attitude. Food was average. Service was appealing.
