We booked by phone and arrived after 930pm. Restaurant was quite busy, but we were seated within a couple of minutes. Ordered Chicken 65, Lamb Saagwala, with Garlic Cheese Naans and a Chicken Vindaloo Meal with Lacha Pranthas to takeaway. The reviews for this restaurant were positive and they didn’t disappoint. The food was tasty and delicious.

the attitude of the receptionist was really bad, we told him half and half at the beginning, he didn't respond to us, he typed a random number, we asked him to explain why you charge more. He is very impatient, not only does not explain, suddenly to be really bad altitude and wave his both hands: you let another person pay first, as for you, I will give you a receipt. Who care about the receipt? Do I care about the money? If you don't follow the one-half way the guest tells you, don't you have to explain it to the guest? Later, his manager came and said he didn't use a calculator. You are a "genius".If you do not take, what you muth used for? If you do not explain, customer will think you will charge extra. Do not recommend

We have been eating at this restaurant for years and they have generally always been very good. The food usually never disappoints, and I love their butter chicken and naan. The vegetarian noodles and Manchurian we order are also great. One thing I must point out are the prices which are quite high. Actually, it’s more the fact they do not include rice and it costs extra. If it was included, then the prices would not bother me. My biggest drawback are the wait times. This has been an issue for as long as I can remember. Whether you are ordering through dine-in or takeaway, meals seem to take ages. They will often say 15-30 minutes but last night it took 45 minutes. Overall, I would recommend Indian Accent Botany as the food is very nice and this is consistent. There are just a couple of small issues that can be improved.

Delicious food and the service was great! I hired them for my wedding reception which was during the Auckland flooding. They went the extra mile to deliver under difficult conditions. Would highly recommend using them as your caterer.

Food is great and nice plating. Staff attitude is somewhat not likable. They need be humble when serving valuable client. Great food without customer service is pocketfull money with holes.

Food is great. Love the dishes. Service is good most of the time but slow, may be due to staff shortage. Chicken Tawa is the best dish on the menu for me, but have tried others, including the bindi dish which was amazing. Worth trying, we have been many times and still enjoy the food.Food: 5/5

The waiting time is terrible. Worse experience we ever had, never coming back. It was a birthday celebration, we got our food after 2 hours. Whoever came after us they got their food first, racist team. Very slow service. Would not recommend this restaurant. Spent almost $400, food wasn’t that great.
