Been supporting this store for many years now. Since it’s changed hands their quality and service has dropped heaps. Bought a mutton Dum Biryani takeaway and when I got home the food had a dead fly see attached embedded. I immediately called to let them know. Took the food back and the lady manager no people skills was hesitant to take it back and said she has to let the cook make the call. He came out and saw the dead fly and said to me “that’s ok I can give you more”. As if I would ever eat from there again! I refused and requested a refund. The manager said we can’t refund electronically but we can give you cash. She gave me $15.50 and I had paid $19.90 for the meal. When I pointed out the error she said “no sir the meal was $15.50” so I showed her the transaction on my bank App and she just opened the till and gave me the rest of the refund. No apology no acknowledgement and absolutely zero care for their customers. Will never support this business again! It’s a shame cos I’m sure they would have been affected with Covid but they don’t care and can’t even get the basics right…

Loved our experience here tonight, been here a couple of years ago and Miss 5 asked to go to an Indian restaurant to celebrate her birthday. The staff were amazing, kind and super friendly. They let us keep the cake in the kitchen and even displayed the cake or is, got the knife all nicely wrapped up and even put a happy birthday song while we cut the cake. All and all we loved our dinner and as my oldest says " I could eat this all day" we ordered lamb madras, scolab and butter chicken as well as lamb in butter chicken sauce with peshwari bread.

I have been supporting this store for several years and orders the full pack 2L chicken dump briyani. Before it used to be $25 for full pack, then price increased to $31.90 and now increased to $36.90. This portion should feed 3 to 4 people. When I called to order the full pack today, the staff said they have family pack for $48 which feeds 5 to 6 people. So I ordered the $48 one. When I picked it up, it turned out the $48 briyani was packed in the same container as the $36.90 briyani container. I was not happy with this. When I called and asked the manager she said there were confusions with portion size and containers used. From our discussion I found out that 1L briyani $17.50 2L briyani $ 36.90 this used to for $25 3L briyani $48. The manager gave me a box 1L of briyani as a compliment. I do find that $36.90 for 2L briyani too expensive. Increasing from $25 to $36.90 is not fair. Ordering two lots of 1L briyani is cheaper than getting 2L briyani.

Not consistent with the menu, I was always getting a one big container for the mutton biriyani family pack and today this lady said that they giving small two containers. I never got the family pack of mutton biriyani like that and been supporting this store for awhile now. DISSAPOINTED! Need new management or a new restaurant manager

Disappointed with food taste, City Raviz tastes amazing but this one sucks. We ordered Chicken Malai Kebab and they were completely tasteless. Fried Rice were completely bland and felt like boiled rice with little bit of chicken and color. This was my 1st experience with RAVIZ Botany branch and i am not going back. They should change Chef asap or improve their taste.

I ordered chicken briyani today family pack. It was so spicy and I did not ask for spicy, we all could not eat it. Had to throw it out and cook Almost $50 down the drain

Ordered takeout and can only say it’s magical . Samosa was top class . Butter chicken was so good. Garlic naan was so fluffy and delicious. Overall best of best .

So impressed with their service. Accidentally ordered from Hobson instead of Botany but Jagan - the manager accommodated our request and transferred the order to the right branch. And their Delhi Style Butter chicken is best in the town. Really appreciate your service.

I have been many times there and always expected service. Delicious food and good quantity. I am Indian and highly recommend

I've been to a party with a friend , and one of the staff members goes by name khwaish was quite rude and inconsiderate. It was the worst experience I've ever had. Will never go there
