Avoid Manurewa at all costs. Dry distasteful disgusting. No sauce, no famous gherkin.... probably the worst burger I've ever had in my life. Service is slow. Happened to be close any hungry at the time. Thought it's McDonald's, trust the name. Huge mistake, should have checked reviews first. My bad
Please don't buy from this McDonalds, Manurewa Mcdonald has the worst food burgers are never made with care half a hash brown and cannot even describe the other Mcmuffin. Was hoping to attach photos of the careless efforts that they put into their food. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF PREVIOUS COMMENTS AND AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
Solid workers best mcdonalds always a long line tho overall always good quality food because of longline 4 star
Meal came that quick, I thort it was bound 2 b piping hot...Luke warm, no xtra tartare on fillet of fish as requested & no dessert as paid 4, attempted 2 ring Maccas Manurewa 5 times every 15mins over a 1-2hr period, no answer...Maccas staff suck both in OZ & NZ....shamefulFood: 2/5
Just got my food tonight, have to say I’m pretty disappointed with the lady giving me my food tonight. First of all, she forgot to give me my 2 caramel sundaes and I waited for her to give it to me as I saw it right in front of her, so I pointed out the caramel sundaes to her and she just stood there clueless until her colleague told her it’s mine.. anywho, no apology for that little error but allgood, I figured that’s all I needed to wait for, as they gave me the “thats everything” response, So I get home and my food came with none of the fries! All burgers and no fries. So first the lady almost forgets the sundaes and me arriving home to no fries in the McDonald’s bags I’m a pretty chill dude, It’s not a big deal it’s just money wise and all, I paid for this dinner for my family to eat and just not getting my moneys worth is kinda annoying. Please wake up and do the mahi and get the treats lol.
Staff were friendly and customer service was pleasant. Filet-O-fish burger and chips I had was great but the chicken nuggets were rock hard & seemed like they'd been zapped in the microwave. Restaurant was clean but there were too many alarms blaring from the kitchen making for an unpleasant experience. Someone needs to hit the mute button or offer your customers some ear plugs! Also it's the only MacDonald's I've been in that does not offer free Wi-Fi.
It is very very cold, so if you like that, it's great. But if you don't, it's very uncomfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is the good standard McDsFood: 4/5
Service is slow food hasn't changed they don't sell my favorite kiwi burger..restaurant inside is nice though. Meeting room is convenient.Food: 3/5
Absolutely terrible. Just shut the place down. Service is slower than a slug, fries soggy and cold, burgers look like a 2 year old threw them together and cold. Have some pride in your work. Honestly unreal. I thought Clendon was bad. Sort it out
I went to use their bathroom and my nephew ended up buying food from there. Service was so slow for a empty place, there was no one standing in line and he was there for almost 20mins - I mean there was no queue.Food: 2/5
