My son just got his first car today and we couldn't be happier! Buying a car from John was the most pleasant experience as he was warm, friendly and invested in getting the job done effectively. Grace was easy and comfortable to work with. Above all, she was patient and kind. Thank you you two for providing my son and I will a highly memorable first car experience!

Not recommended for selling your car. Went to get a quote and it was significantly less than quotes given by other dealers. Was also surprised to see they were being dishonest and told me my car could only be sold for $x but went online on their website to see them sell a similar car for around $2k more than what they told me they could sell my car for. I understand businesses need to make a profit but this is severely below market rate. I am sharing this so people like me don’t go to the first company they see on tv and get ripped off with obviously, a big marketing budget. I’m giving an extra star for Tina from Turners.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. They were a little thin on the staffs so I had to wait a little to hand over my money which normally is the other way around. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant experience buying a car from Tuners Penrose despite my predisposition.nTook one star away because they didn’t rotate the wheels/tires like they agreed to do.

Went to test drive another car and it was sold on the way and the weather was miserable but Turners Penrose made my day!nAdrian out front and Katherine in the office were an absolute pleasure to deal with and found me the most perfect car despite the rain and the owner gave me a great price with no hassle.nFriendly and proffesional team that weren't looking to sell me just any car,nwould highly recommend for anyone in need of some wheels, thanks team!
