Friendliest car dealership around!nTurners Penrose were amazing to deal with when we purchased our latest car.nThey allowed us in an hour before they opened, we had a good look at the car, test drove it and left to look at other vehicles.nWe returned to purchase later that morning and every interaction we had with the different staff members was friendly and genuine.nGreat service all around

Don’t even deserve 1 star to be honest.nnTest drove a car. Got all excited, put an application through. Next day got a phone call “we sold that car”, very poor and pathetic to be honest.nnBeen trying to get another one and keep getting told “no”. There seems to be no room for negotiation to get a lowered price on some cars, apparently they “can’t do it”.nnI find the staff to be rude, awful, horrible and unforgiving. Seems like no one wants to do their jobs and help people these days.nnReally pathetic, silly and stupid. Very poor.nnDon’t go here, not worth your time. Wish I’d read the other 1 star reviews first because they would have told me everything I needed to know.

Not recommended for selling your car. I recently visited Turners Penrose to get a quote for my car. Wile the staff were polite and the process was straightforward, I was quite surprised at how low the offer was compared to others. I understand dealerships need to make a profit but they have no idea what they are doing.. I sold my car down the road for significantly more the same day… So happy days

Staff were great, management super helpful. We had the car for 2 months and there was an issue with the entertainment system and they sent an installer around and replaced the whole system at our home. Great service all round, recommended.

Great untill they get you to drive 240km signing the paperwork hand you the keys then tell you your finance has been revoked. After that we'll your treated like a criminal and basically thrown out. Oh yes they'll say it's their internal communication that's caused your financial expense and disappointment. However that didn't off as much as an apology. Funny thing I had the money to buy outright which the giy would listern to he seemed disbelieving. Even though the finance company and possibly himself had seen my bank account details. But after being treated like that and leaving feeling like a criminal/want to be car thief...forget it! Funnily enough though having looked more closely into this Turners and thier partner company Oxford Finance are actually the law breakers here. Breach of fair trading act being only one of a list of them. They are being investigated by the financial Ombudsman as I'm writing this.
