Went to test drive another car and it was sold on the way and the weather was miserable but Turners Penrose made my day!nAdrian out front and Katherine in the office were an absolute pleasure to deal with and found me the most perfect car despite the rain and the owner gave me a great price with no hassle.nFriendly and proffesional team that weren't looking to sell me just any car,nwould highly recommend for anyone in need of some wheels, thanks team!

Staffs are friendly and helpful. They were a little thin on the staffs so I had to wait a little to hand over my money which normally is the other way around. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant experience buying a car from Tuners Penrose despite my predisposition.nTook one star away because they didn’t rotate the wheels/tires like they agreed to do.

Visited Penrose brand and bought a mazda CX7, Kruzan was very helpful and good. However, the car had some minor issues so I have to bring it back to fix a few times. He was lovely and arranged a courtesy car for me. After coming back and forth, I have decided to return the car and took the refund. When I returned it to Penrose branch, I forgot a few items in the car such as a pair of slides and a JBL speaker. Took me a few day to realise so I contacted Kruzan and Sonia at Penrose brach. Sadly got told by Sonia that it was my fault because I forgot my items when I dropped it off. I understand that it was my fault at first but they could have pick up and return them to me. The speaker wasn’t much expensive but it was a gift from an old mate. That’s all. I wouldn’t recommend.

Wasted my time, I booked appraisal with them. They saw the car and told me that manager is not here today we will let you know tomorrow. They didn’t call today when I call them they said we are not buying your car and will post it for you in action. Then why you guys not research about the plate number that I booked yesterday and should’ve let me know in advance that we are not buying it. Very disappointing from their service. Will not recommend this branch

We purchased a vehicle at Turners Penrose last Sunday. We were very impressed with the young gentleman called Isaac who looked after us. His pleasant attitude and helpful manner went a long way to helping us make up our minds to go ahead. The rest of the staff were also very helpful. Thank you to the managerJames for the extra bonus over and above, much appreciated.
