Just picked up my Hilux from Botany Toyota after they sorted out a DPF replacement and gave the whole car a proper tidy-up. The team there looked after it really well — kept me updated, did a thorough job, and the ute came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! No hassles, professional service from start to finish.nWill definitely be coming back for future services and any other work needed. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome and well looked after.nnJoe was incredible, greeting us straight away in the car park and promptly sorting out all the paperwork so my father-in-law could test drive the vehicle. After the test drive, Joe took us into the office, introduced us to the team, and helped get the finance application underway, making the whole process feel smooth, organised, and stress-free.nnA very special mention to Evie, having to be there to help our father in law with finding a vehicle and his application bringing along our two children under 4 we were nervous as to how hard it was going to be to entertain them whilst sorting out his paperwork Evie truly went above and beyond. Don’t do your WOF here.nI took my car to Botany Toyota on January 19th for a service and WOF inspection. When I picked up the car, I was told that my front right fog light was faulty. However, without informing me or asking for consent, the staff cut the wiring to both fog lights in order to pass the WOF. They disconnected both sides and even left the bulb inside the left fog light housing, which made later repairs far more complicated.nWhen I requested the service records, there was no mention at all of the wiring being cut. When I followed up and questioned this, my concerns were ignored, despite the fact that I have an audio recording of staff admitting that they cut the wires.nI then had to pay out of pocket at another workshop to replace both fog lights and reconnect the wiring. Even after that, the fog lights still do not work. Botany Toyota service refused to take responsibility and told me it was my problem to fix at my own cost.nTo this day, I still cannot obtain a complete and truthful service record.nVery disappointed by the lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. I would strongly advise others not to do their WOF here
