Just picked up my Hilux from Botany Toyota after they sorted out a DPF replacement and gave the whole car a proper tidy-up. The team there looked after it really well — kept me updated, did a thorough job, and the ute came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! No hassles, professional service from start to finish.nWill definitely be coming back for future services and any other work needed. Initially came here to see a black cruiser 300. Dealt with John who never got back to me with any trade in prices even though I had sent him everything he had requested. Would have given only 1 star or 0 if possible but Two weeks later came here to look at a Corolla for our 16yr old. When we walked inside, there were 4 sales reps free but not a single hello etc. there was one staff member who was with customers in his office. Upon finishing up, he came to check in with us if we had been served. That was Caleb. He did a fantastic job. I do have a very good relationship with Auckland city toyota but we ended up buying the Corolla here purely due to Caleb’s attitude and service. He was straightforward to deal with, no mucking around with offers etc and certainly not pushy. In all honesty, please get the other sales reps to be trained by Caleb. No wonder why he had customers all day. We highly recommend Caleb. The reason for 3 stars is that it would have been 1 for John but 5 for Caleb, therefore meeting in the middle. Thank you Caleb.

Today I picked up my car and I had a really great experience with the dealership. Special thanks to Jason Zhou and manager Evie Peace for their excellent service and friendly behaviour. Everything was prepared on time exactly as promised, and the whole process was smooth and professional.nnI really appreciated how helpful and respectful they were throughout. The people I spoke with in customer service slwho are based at Manukau were so helpful, polite and very attentive to getting my car in for a service. Botany Toyota thank you for such an awesome service and also car detailing. The car Toyota Corolla Cross looks brand new like i just got it yesterday, from the customer service through to the mechanical team and detailing team thank you thank you thank you. This time I dealt with Ringo and Jonathan, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They answered all our questions, went the extra mile, and gave us genuinely helpful advice based on what we actually needed.nnWe also visited another branch not long ago with a friend, and the difference in service was honestly like night and day. Our friend ended up coming to Botany too. We’ll always come back here for our Toyota needs.
