And didn't give me a Chance to come up with photos.nThat should of been shown. I'm not the only person you have fooled there's many.nI got a wof each time after paying 100s to fix something wrong with the Motor that I asked to avoid on my buying date. 3k for that car off the owner sold to me at 7,500 and a decent trade in you also made 1000s off!nwith on going mechanic problems that will never end now.nIf you guys can't see the damage you cause others I feel bad for you all over some profit. God sees all evil and that's my faith I hold! I have every right to warn others about my bad experiences with your car dealers and car yard. Being honest at the start we wouldn't be here! I've also in the last few days paid out another $1700 in Motor problems or it will never pass wof! I've only had this car 2years and spent 100s in fixing it to keep it on the the road! There will be more mechanic problems. Just like the last owner had! I leave all things to God and trust his process.

Poor customer service, very limited conversation while helping to sell my car. Gave a different quote when checked the car and gave a very low price on the day of sale. Wasted my 4 hours to sit and wait for the mechanic to check the car. Dropped the whole price for a scratch that was already on the car when they gave the quote on first day. Turning from their words. And gave an abrupt answer after all that wait. Don’t recommend it

Dude pulled up over an hour late to my appraisal appointment. Then offered me 14 thousand dollars under market value for my car. 1k they offered for my 2009 toyota hiacennWould literally be offered more from a scrap yard.nnGreat experience

DON'T BUY CARS FROM ANY TURNERS THEY ARE A RIP OFF THEY GIVE ONLY 3MONTHS WARRANTY THEY BUY CARS AT LIKE 3K AND SELL THEM OFF AT 8K. THEY ARENT HONEST PEOPLE AND ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY ALL DARKNESS COMES TO LIGHT. THEY ALSO SELL CARS WITH ON GOING MECHANIC PROBLEMS THEY WILL BLOCK YOUR CALLS WHEN YOU FRONT THEM. GET ALL CARS AA CHECKED MOST CAR DEALERS RIP YOU OFF. THEY SEEM NICE TO ONLY FOOL YOU. PLEASE SHARE THIS MESSAGE WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS I WAS A VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY. Not what they potray in the ads on tv and radio… soon as we walked in there was a male standing there, no welcome, no “how can i help you”. When asked whether they have Hyundai SUV’s he pointed at a random corner with no instruction or guidance. There ended up being none in stock, but we had to figure that out ourselves by walking around the whole yard. Bad service in my opinion.
