I had a disappointing experience with this company. I initially chose East BMW because I wanted to ensure my car was properly looked after by professionals. However, my experience has left me with concerns about their service and trustworthiness.nOn August 17, 2023, I brought my vehicle in due to concerns about the underside of the car and the brake pedal. After a test drive and a diagnostic scan, I was informed that the only issue was with the battery, which they recharged, and that my brake fluid was due for replacement the following month. I was reassured that everything else—including the underside of the car—was in good condition.nHowever, when I returned on September 26, 2023, for a routine WOF, I was suddenly informed of several issues, including damage underneath the car. This was very confusing, especially considering I hadn’t driven the car much between the two visits and had trusted their initial assessment.nMy main concern is the inconsistency between their findings in August and September. If the underside was checked thoroughly during the first visit, how could such damage be missed or develop in such a short time with minimal use?nWhile I understand that issues can sometimes arise unexpectedly, the lack of clarity and consistency in the information provided has made me question the quality of service. I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve transparency and trust with its customers.

Just bought a vehicle from them, very happy with their service. Prompt communication and swift delivery! Drove the car for a few days and found that the alignment was a bit off, they immediately asked me to go back, and fixed the issue straight away.
