David helped both me and my sister for the car delivery. He was a nice guy very knowledgeable and entertaining. Made the experience nice and smooth. Love it. Would totally recommend. Also thank you the other gentleman showed us the auto parking.

Extremely disappointed with the Tesla snow chains I received.nnI ordered them directly from Tesla expecting a brand-new product, but what arrived was clearly used. The chains were rusty, dirty, and one of the protective plastic parts was broken off. It looked like someone had already fitted and returned them — totally unacceptable to resell as new.nnFor the price and Tesla’s reputation, this is really poor quality control. Still waiting for a resolution or refund.nnWould not recommend buying accessories from Tesla online based on this experience.

What an experience I have had. Booked up a an issue with the car. They checked and found it’s because of the after market wheel caps. They did not charge anything and gave Uber voucher for drive back to home and back to service centre. Told me no need for tire rotation. How good is that. MY next car will be Tesla and the one after that will also be the same. The waiting room is very comfortable.nOther places just charge for even touching the car.nThey even cleaned the car from outside. Pretty sure it was washed. The booking app is great. The messaging service is excellent.nI would suggest for a direct phone line. They are open till 6 so good if you finish work bit late.

This review is for Tesla Auckland warehouse/support team and not Tesla car. Worst customer experience. I wish they had negative ratings. Bought the wall charger with the new tesla. Never arrived even a week later. Support staff only informs every day for the last four days it’s under investigation with their courier. Not sure how long it takes to track a local courier in Auckland. Now I have a car that I can only charge at 10 kms per hour with the mobile charger. No ownership of the issue and resolution. Not what we expect from the greatest EV brand in the world. I love Tesla but the Auckland support/warehouse team is just letting them down. Wish they could learn something from their sales team especially Shaz who were just amazing.

My Tesla sales advisor Imran was very very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The experience he provided was definitely above expectations and his warm welcome made the brand seem very professional and high end. The delivery delay on a previous order was slightly frustraring and even though that was completely out of Imran's control he did absolutely everything he could for me. Will be recommending him to friends and family 10/10
