What an experience I have had. Booked up a an issue with the car. They checked and found it’s because of the after market wheel caps. They did not charge anything and gave Uber voucher for drive back to home and back to service centre. Told me no need for tire rotation. How good is that. MY next car will be Tesla and the one after that will also be the same. The waiting room is very comfortable.nOther places just charge for even touching the car.nThey even cleaned the car from outside. Pretty sure it was washed. The booking app is great. The messaging service is excellent.nI would suggest for a direct phone line. They are open till 6 so good if you finish work bit late.

Terrible experience- What kind of service is this? I brought my new Tesla Y into this centre to address a preexisting issue with the seat latch, which was identified as a factory fault by Tesla. While Tesla acknowledged the issue and ordered the necessary parts, I was informed that the parts would take approximately 10-weeks to arrive and was asked to pick up the car in the meantime.nnUpon collecting the vehicle, I discovered that the side door, floor, and white seats were stained with mud, leaving permanent stains as shown in pictures. Tesla acknowledged responsibility for the mud stains but denied causing the permanent stains on white seat, insisting that I pay $70 to have them removed. I found this response unacceptable, as the damage occurred while my car was under Tesla’s care. It is disappointing that my vehicle was returned in worse condition than when I left it, and I believe Tesla should take full responsibility for rectifying all the damage, including waiving the $70 fee. This experience has ruined my trust in Tesla’s service process.

Tesla South Auckland, along with its outstanding team, continues to set the standard for exceptional service and customer care. Highly recommended!
