I bought the car with this dealer, when it was a time to buy a car; They were so friendly & response it quickly.nnEven they will give you offers of after-sale services while you buying, BUT as soon as you buy the car from them.nnThey forgot you, start focusing on other who are interested to buy car and none of their staff responds to your call OR Message.nnI was so frustrated trying to contact them more than a week. Regrading free labour car service.nonce they picked have a call then just giving one other person name to contact. Any one of them never picks up.nnIf i have option, I would give themnn- 10 .nnNever buy with them, just give verbalnafter-sale service offer to sell their car and then forgot you, once you buy a car.nnThey should keep their name as Bullsheet cars.

We have bought the 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from Sterling Cars. We are from Hawera Taranaki and we have contacted the sales person Akila Karunarathne was very welcoming and provided us outstanding service. He has allow to do the viewing and test drive to my friend who live in Auckland. Even they have mentioned the service they have received were very positive.nnWe have decided this will be the vehicle for us and we have confirmed our purchase. They have very talented team and vehicle has been perfectly groomed and well looked after. The price for the vehicle is very reasonable with the condition.nnI’m highly recommend this young team and the manager Aneesha Fernando and also the Randika Weerakkody. Everything went smooth and it was very satisfying purchase that we have done in New Zealand.

Drove 45 minutes to bring my car in for it’s “free” service that came with the purchase. Only to be told I never booked and they were full for the day. I had to show them my call history to prove that I called them a week prior. They eventually squeezed me in and got the service done. I was then met with a bill and told that the free service was actually only free labour and that I still had to pay for everything else. This was never advised on the phone when I booked or when the vehicle was purchased. The purchasing interaction itself was pretty sub par and the deciding factor was this free 2 year service plan. Can’t say I’ll be returning in the future or recommending them to anyone.
