Turners Cars Otahuhu

I had a great experience with Turners and Justin at Turners. Despite arriving late from Hamilton to Auckland, the staff stayed late to finalize the sale. I’m really happy with my car Mazda cx9. Although I encountered a minor issue, the team, including the manager and Justin, were very helpful in resolving it. Highly recommend their excellent service and dedication.

We purchased a Subaru Outback from Turners Cars Otahuhu. Kamal, Gurinder and Palak were very helpful and accommodating while providing us with a professional service. We took our car home and 6 days later noticed a light kept appearing on the dash board we returned the car after 10 days and spoke to the team about the issues we are experiencing with our Subaru.nnWe could not have asked for a more supportive or excellent response from the team of Turners Cars Otahuhu. They listened to our concerns and the Subaru was left in their capable hands. We would like to acknowledge all the staff for their admirable qualities of supporting their customer during and after a car purchase.

Staff are great. However, brought a car from them and not even a week it started having issues with the car. I shouldve took that as a sign to return but they fixed the issue so i kept it. Not even a few months in my car started breaking down. Cost of repair is more than the value of the car at this point. One thing i shouldve done was get an external inspector from AA. Though it has the sticker - better to do another one. On my first Warrant due, it failed and was advised by mechanic that car has issues. It was my first car that i independently brought lol so didnt know what was expected. Very disappointed

Isaiah one of the workers was lovely to deal with. He was so helpful and gave great feedback and advice on cars I was looking for. 100% recommended him if he’s working and awesome customer service.

Asaiah was great to deal with when buying mynVW GTI. I had lots of objections and he quietly and professionally handled each one to my complete satisfaction. He was patient and sincere with me which I appreciated, as I am fussy about my cars and am quite demanding.nI would recommend Asaiah as a pleasant and considerate young man, doing Turners proud.
