Wow admin lady does not know how to talk to customers both times I called and she treated me as if I was an X boyfriend that she had to talk to no customer service at all it was like it was a total hassle that I was asking questions about my refund so I could get it correct and sorted out I run a company myself and this was no way to treat a customer and no one new about my refund

Do not try and deal with the lady that works in the Hybrid parts division. She is rude, short tempered and not helpful at all. She does not care about the business and good customer service is non existent. She has a massive attitude over the phone and even said I can go and buy the parts elsewhere if I want. Go to or call this place if you want to be treated with no respect and arrogance. There are enough other Toyota dismantlers out there that will have the same parts. Save yourself frustration and do not even think about using this place. I am absolutely shocked to say the least and I don't know how places like this keep their doors open with this level of arrogance. This lady clearly thinks she is doing every customer a massive favor by just doing her job.

Sold me a faulty parts and refused to refund/repair. I was verbally abused by staff when I complained.
