Kyle and Bree were fantastic! Both very knowledgeable regarding camping equipment. Both staff members made us feel welcome and took the time to understand our needs. They both went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect products. Not only was their knowledge impressive, but they were also incredibly patient in answering all of our questions and offering helpful recommendations without any pressure.nThey even took the time to walk us through setup instructions for our newly purchased goods ensuring we were completely comfortable before leaving the store. We left feeling confident and satisfied with our purchases, thanks to the fantastic customer service. We’ll definitely be recommending T7 to friends and family! Currently leaving a review in the shop having stood at the bike workshop counter for 10+ minutes waiting to ask a question and no staff came to my assistance. Resorted to going to the slightly covered wall poster to gather a slight idea of the costs of repairing my bike
