I went this Sunday and Monday here for black Friday sale and just want to do a shout out to Benjamin - such an excellent customer service!! He is very helpful and would go the extra mile for the customer which we really appreciate it. Thank you Benjamin! Hope the team appreciate what a great person they have in the company
Stay out of this rip off store. Sign on the shelf said gel ASICS from $119 to $69. I got two pairs and took them to the counter. He tried to charge me $119 each. When I said they were on special at $69 each, he said that is only the blue ones. I checked the sign and it said gel ASICS, and did not mention colour at all. Both boxes of shoes I took to the counter were directly under the sign, but happened to be black. Rip off, con store and will never return to any rebel sport store. He said, ‘yeah sorry I know it’s confusing.’ More like an intentional con.
Had everything I needed . Spacious good customer service. Prices to be expected at a fitness based store.
Customer service to be improve.. requested to check one product availability in other stores, then went 35km to collect product, then they said no product in stock…
Found what we needed, great customer service.
