My first time shopping at Rebel Sport Pukekohe was definitely reassuring to know that they did have the particular item I needed to purchase for a friend of mine that really needed that particular item. Big ups to the team at Rebel Sport Pukekohe cause I was satisfied with their proficient customer service and friendly attitude towards me. Keep up the great work ethics and positive attitude towards the public customers.
Stay out of this rip off store. Sign on the shelf said gel ASICS from $119 to $69. I got two pairs and took them to the counter. He tried to charge me $119 each. When I said they were on special at $69 each, he said that is only the blue ones. I checked the sign and it said gel ASICS, and did not mention colour at all. Both boxes of shoes I took to the counter were directly under the sign, but happened to be black. Rip off, con store and will never return to any rebel sport store. He said, ‘yeah sorry I know it’s confusing.’ More like an intentional con.
When my mother do come on a school day she will talking to the manager of this so and to tell all of you team members what that happened as a finishing at mitre 10 mega please don’t let this happen to anyone who doesn’t know what happened to me or to anyone else EVER OK and it will be you It will be your fault for not letting me have my drink bottle for my seizures ok .
I went this Sunday and Monday here for black Friday sale and just want to do a shout out to Benjamin - such an excellent customer service!! He is very helpful and would go the extra mile for the customer which we really appreciate it. Thank you Benjamin! Hope the team appreciate what a great person they have in the company
Old hag following my every step like I'm stealing.. she even comes over to me and grabs the items that I'm purchasing out of my hands.. I then go to the counter and she still stands right behind me staring at my every move.
