What brilliant service! Marie has been super helpful from day 1. She dint have my shoes size in stock and she got them couriered to me directly from the supplier. And when this didn’t fit she got me a couple of different sizes sent so I could find the right fit all from the comfort of my home and with overnight delivery. Fantastic communication. Brilliant service, Marie was super helpful during the visit and explained the choices clearly. She would give us around 2 - 3 options and suggest the best one. It is obvious that she is a knowledgeable, professional person and deserves praise. The room is organised and has a variety of tights, leotards, and ballet shoes. Marie has a beautiful place that is so welcoming and calm. She was very easy to communicate, prompt in her response and very friendly to deal with. She patiently answered my 10 year olds many questions with a smile. She was ready everything we needed and was well organised for our appointment.
