I recently purchased 19 items from this store, spending around $650. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide me with a bag, so I had to carry everything by hand to my car. This was quite inconvenient, especially given the amount I spent. I hope the store can improve its customer service by providing bags for large purchases in the future.
Well organised store , friendly staff and Amazing clearance range when we visited today ! We left with some really good shoes that were well suited after recommendations from Jarome , he helped throughout the duration we were instore and was really helpful thanks team we can’t wait to try our new shoes at the gym
I purchased a pair of white crocks Clog U CRC Crush, White from this store on 26 December 2024. The staff helped to get right size. I wore them for two hours resulting in bleeding skin around my right ankle. I waited and allowed wound to heal. I tried again with socks. This time It got bad so I visited podiatrist who said the shoes’ material wasn’t safe to wear. I always had healthy feet and I had never encountered similar problem in the past.nI went back to the Rebel store and explained the situation to a couple of frontline staff as well as to the manager on duty Jarome. I was happy to change the crocks with a different style of crocks.nJarome asked me to go away, clean the shoes to their original condition; and, then only he would exchange them.nI had brought the shoes back on the 10th day of purchase, and wore them twice only for a brief period of time. They caught dust etc which was obvious due to white colour of crocks. However, I had brought them back purely due to health and safety reasons! The manager eventually agreed to send the shoes to the supplier/manufacturer for their review. No exchange were offered.nIt was a very bad experience while the store management made it worst!
Extremely poor communication skills Do not like answering their phone, as advised by staff at another branch and no it was not busy providing v. poor customer service. I wasted so much afternoon trying to get hold of this store. Do better Wairau R. S.
Awesome shopping experience, lovely staff,a very professional young lady called Crystal served me,super friendly. They always have a great selection and heaps of parking with easy access to store
