I had a disappointing experience at the store today. I was holding a $300 pair of shoes along with other items and politely asked to use the restroom. I was told it was for kids only, and when I asked again if I could quickly use it, I was told to leave the store and use a public one nearby.nnI found this response surprising and unhelpful, especially considering I was clearly intending to make a significant purchase. It didn’t feel like an appropriate way to treat a customer especially from the store managernnI decided to leave and shop elsewhere.
My wife called in to ask about a black nike dri-fit cap, and the employee on the phone laughed and hung up the phone… not too sure if he thought I was a friend, but very unprofessional, especially because we drove from Henderson’s store after they had told us Wairau had one there. Please hire mature staff members.
Disorganised store and unhelpful customer servicennMy experience at Wairau Rebel Sport was extremely disappointing. The store was completely disorganised — items were hard to find, and there seemed to be no clear layout or order.nnWhen I asked for help, the staff didn’t seem to know where anything was. Instead of assisting me, I was simply told, “If you can't find it, buy it on our website.” Not only was that unhelpful, but it showed a lack of interest in providing real customer service.nnIf the store can't help customers in person, what’s the point of having one?nnDon't waste your time here
One of the staff members gave me completely wrong information about Tennis balls. When I went to the Wairau Rebell with my work uniform, the salesperson might have thought I was foolish. When you hire staff, don’t choose those who are keen to work for low salaries; hire professional staff who have the knowledge.
