Went there today what an experience 1st time visiting store in Onehunga as I always order online visiting from Whangarei and heading back same day, greeted by friendly young lads very helpful. pickup order wasn’t quite sorted yet but the taller of the lads went to the back and sorted it for me thank you very much boys cheers for the top customer service.
Awesome company! The one company around that had Dallas Mavericks apparel which was super hard to find in NZ! Fast delivery and excellent customer service when I accidentally entered my email address wrong. Highly recommend!
I was looking for badminton shoes and stumbled upon Player Sports. Found out they also have a physical store, I decided to pay them a visit.nThe staff were great, they weren't pushy and listened to what I need. After trying 2 pairs of different sizes, I decided to buy the pair that fit me.nBest. Experience. Ever. The whole interaction took around 15 minutes. Highly recommended!
Good price and good quality items. Have purchased a couple of times from here for fan gear for my nephew, and its always been a hit. Easy on line ordering, communication for pickup was a bit slow & I needed to follow up - but aside from that - all good.
Don’t bother with the stringing service for your badminton rackets.nnTwo new rackets, two tries with their stringing services, both under manufacturer’s recommended tension.nnOne snapped on the first contact with a shuttle.nOne arrived snapped at the knot.nnCustomer service would say it’s not the stringer and will put the blame on the courier service, but it’s very obviously the stringer who’s probably used to heavy handing strings in tennis and squash racketsnnWhy even offer a service that you don’t have the capability to deliver on?
