I found TG Sports while I was looking for badminton bags. I showed their shop to my boyfriend who is a far more advanced player than myself and he went ahead and bought a bag from them and gave his old one to me.nSeeing how hassle-free his transaction with them was, I followed and placed an order. My first transaction with them wasn't as smooth error on my part; I ordered the wrong size, but Maggie assisted me with the returns: she provided clear instructions and even arranged for the pickup of the items from my address. Replacement items were shipped and delivered to me before my next training day. I also appreciate the speed by which my orders yes, by now I've made several arrive.nThank you, TG Sports and thanks Maggie!
Well stocked badminton pro shop. The lady that help us was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though she is only here to help the owner/friend, she went an extra mile to help finding shoes for our two kids. Highly recommended
Very competetive prices, excellent customer service Thanks Maggie! and outstanding delivery time. Never had a package arrive late or damaged. 5 stars, would reccomend!
Hands down the best badminton shop in New Zealand, fast, efficient communication and reliable shipping. Thank you Maggie and Tony very happy with my purchase.
A very poor service experience. I bought my brand new 100zz 4u/5 badminton racket from Player Sports, and they secretly switched the stringing to 3u/5. It took three visits to the store and two emails of complaint before they finally changed it back. She only said a word “sorry”nThe female staff member had a deadpan expression, as if someone owed her money. The items in the store were more expensive than in other shops in Auckland. I do not recommend going there.nAfterwards, I told this experience to another friend, and he mentioned that his friend also had a similar incident where a 4U racket was switched to 3U. I really don't understand how such a store can exist in Auckland.
