Went to Rebel Sports with the intention of buying several pairs of shoes. Left bitter and twisted.No stock of shoes I wanted to buy, no service , staff not really wanted to help may be they were too busy so i said bugger this and went to Rebel Sports Botany and got  even more bitter and twisted.After 40 years in sales before retiring I know the difference between  good and bad customer services . I called into the sketchers shop on the way back to my car and had a completly different experience and even when the customer services girl there told be that they did not have the size i wanted she used her iniative and gave me the SKU number of the shoe i liked and I just bought them online when I got home. Thanks god for taking pity on me.Remember Rebel Sports good customer service is the difference between having a loyal customer who keeps coming back or having one not come back .

Pretty good, has everything in one place. Staff left me alone which might be a negative for some people but that’s my preference. Accepts Amex which is always a plus.

I came in today and was served by lovely Dorothy I had an issue with my online order she quickly sorted it out for me alot more than expected . Very friendly  great customer service

All in one shop for buying sport outfits and accessories. They also have special Adidas section. You can order online as well which they ship it to your house.nJust be careful while you park your car or bike.nMy bike was stolen in the evening.

They have placed two shoes of the same price in one place. One of them was on sale 50% off while the other was not. Unfortunately, we bought the one that was on sale, so we have to pay the full price.
