Interactions with several staff members on multiple visits over the past week have been great. Friendly and helpful staff despite being busy at the time. Quickly solved my issues. Looking forward to the “new” store. Thanks

Collected my parcel the other day. Staff were nice and friendly. Shop wasn't too packed which was great. Fast and efficient with my parcel. Will definitely visit again.

Whoever the ‘’manager” was wearing a single compression stocking at around 11am today who served the customer trying to return shoes was so rude and arrogant!nI felt sorry for the customer.nBeing kind to people isn’t hard, just some basic customer service skills wouldn’t hurt. Especially when the customer was not being argumentative at all.

Great in store service. I called ahead to check for stock, friendly staff helped me as soon as I arrived.
