Got served by a tall light skin - this is important - male today, and the interaction was so weird to say the least. He served a European family before me and was all smiles and seemed kind as he offered and handed them their promotional products. When it was my turn, he didn't offer me anything, didn’t ask if I needed anything, and seemed condescending throughout the entire process when I let him know that they no longer needed to hold my shoes because I found the size at another store, tried to redeem a $10 voucher - which I couldn't because my shopping wasn't over $100 - I was visibly shocked and didn't even have time to process or say I wanted to shop some more. Maybe my skin colour wasn't light enough to receive good customer service? Pretty unfortunate interaction, as there was a super lovely girl in front of the changing rooms I spoke to, and a kind younger male who helped me earlier by holding some shoes in case they didn't have my size elsewhere. Honestly, I wish I hadn't come back and shopped elsewhere because at least I wouldn't have been served by a worker with inconsistent customer service. Another thing to add was that I brought shoes at another store in Panmure and they ran out of those promotional products and told me to ask this store to compensate but I was so out of it that I didn’t ask and I was also waiting to see if he would offer anything. Basically, your experience depends on how you look on the outside. Boo

Visited Rebel Sports Morningside and had a fantastic experience. Lina assisted us during our visit, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the shopping process smooth and enjoyable, answering all our questions and ensuring we found exactly what we needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile didn’t go unnoticed.nnThe store is well-stocked with a wide range of quality sports gear, and the layout makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Ordered a bench press 3 weeks ago. I love 2km away.nnThese guys gave the courier the wrong number for me, the couriers kept trying to deliver but i was at work, i kept calling the delivery company and they couldn't help because rebel sports wouldn't change the phone number or authority to leave.nnYou guys suck!!!!!!!!

Worst rebel store I have visited.nI have ordered shoes from Boxing Day sale from the store. Asked from that guy that i can pay now he said you can pay when we get from another store.nAfter few days when I went to pick up they said have to pay full price. I asked them i have ordered when sales was on. Firstly one guy refusing that you have ordered after the sales.when i showed them pictures one girl her name is lena came from back she was helpless. I asked, what is benefit of ordering from the sale if you charging full price.nNo response simply can’t do anything they said.nnWorst customer service no customer satisfaction
