Good store, Poor staff management. I like the store itself and all sporting goods, though the layout is confusing and every time I've visited there's only ever one staff member onsite and never any staff in the store to assist. The one staff member on the register while lovely has not been very knowledgeable about the products or able to provide any helpful assistance. This has reliably been the case and in every instance of my visits I've found myself and other customers turning to each other for assistance. I guess this creates great community spirit, though illuminates the poor management and poor training for the staff members.
Worst rebel store I have visited.nDay1 I had made a online ordernDay 3 rebel canceled my ordernDay 4 I visited to store to check for the product. Staffs confirmed it's available in other store. They made store transfer request.nI wait for 10 days.nDay 14 they sent the wrong product.nReason: It's the other store's problem not our store problem.

Today my experience at rebel sport morningside was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I had to delete my previous review due to the language I used but the way they make you feel at that store is unwelcome, uncomfortable and mad....Mad at that fact that you're the only brown one in store, wanting to try an item on, no worker at fitting area, there was a lady there trying on numerous items freely before we got there and when we reached the fitting rooms, one worker pushing the trolley says, changing room 1 to this other worker, who then hung around and fluffed about AS IF we were gonna steal, then watch us in the aisle, I felt targeted because of my skin colour, the non brown skin customers were freely shopping, being acknowledged by the staff, do you know how it feels to have a silent escort to the tills? They think that you don't know what they're doing watching you, I refuse to put myself through this again, you don't deserve me as a customer and you definitely don't deserve my money...at Culture Kings, they acknowledge EVERYONE at the entrance then you have numerous workers every 5 mins approaching you to check if you need assistance or are aware of their sales, everyone is treated the same.....got none of that today at rebels
Friendly staff with awesome attitudes, thus creating a great atmosphere in the workplace.
