Good location and large rooms. Very cold though especially in winter. Heater only went up to 20° which hardly qualifies for warmth in winter! Beddings are too soft so may need to be changed to standard or spare given so people can adjust.
Stayed for 2 nights. The room was extra large two double beds, sofa, table with 4 chairs, dinette which was nice. Reasonable options for breakfast as well. The rooms could do with having a customer safe for valuables, to be fair. The location is good for the CBD and all local amenities.
Love this hotel. We got a free upgrade too. The room is great and spacious. Service is great. We'll definitely be back very soon.
Staff were great! From booking online and then staying in communication for room communication with what we needed was 10/10! Our family stayed together on the same floor, rooms were all spacious and gave us EXACTLY what we needed for our weeks stay, thank you team!!!
The rooms are quite large and clean. Our bathroom was like new shame about shower curtain instead of door. The beds are quite comfortable the pillows are absolutely useless. On our 2nd day of our stay cleaner knocked on the door once and barged right in without waiting for us to answer the door at 8.30am. Whilst most of the staff are friendly the gentleman who checked us in mid afternoon spoke so fast the whole conversation sounded like one long sentence most of which was not understood.
