Hotel Saint Clair

View was gorgeous but there were white stains over the black duvet cover, heater didn’t work and most of the jets in the spa bath didn’t work. Room was smaller than expected. Personally paying $400 a night I would think that everything in the room would be perfect. Other than that the sound of the ocean while sleeping and the view was amazing

Booked and paid for a specific room 8+ months in advance. Discussed via email with staff about the room and our late check out time. Even re confirmed the details a couple of days before the booking.nThis was meant to be a special night for me and my husband as it was our wedding night.nWe didn't get the room that we paid for.nThe next morning we got a call at 10am asking when we would leave, had to tell them AGAIN of our late check out, 5 minutes later a cleaner tried to enter our room without knocking while I was in the shower and my husband was in bed.nExtremely disappointed with our experience, bathroom, shower and room was really small. I emailed them to inform them of my disappointment but no reply.nOnly good thing about our experience was the beautiful view.

Great location, just a stone thrown away distance from the beach, free parking overnight, room has comfortable bed and sofa, very new kettle and toaster, also has plates, cups, wine glasses available. However TV is too small and old, although many free channels are available.

The hotel is clean and the room is big. Balcony looked exactly the same as website booking. The reception was super friendly!nSuper nice bathtub!nnLocation is near to supermarkets and fast food restaurants, 5 mins drive!nnHigh recommended!

Great staff - thanks Chloe! Fantastic views. The accessible room is perfect for my severely disabled husband. It has a small kitchenette. Plus it's near to eateries. Recommend the Esplanade Restaurant.
