Room we're given felt confined because it doesn't have any view of the outside world. The windows were so high up at 2m that we can't see any. Only parking option was to go valet which cost NZ$40.nWhist location was good and staff were friendly for the price per night a lot of things could have been better.
Rooms are clean. Multiple USB outlets. Old elevator is classic but did not feel confident in its function. Newer elevator skipped floors so had to slug luggage up or down stairs. Poor lighting in rooms. Only one chair in the room. Shower stall is marble but can be very slick. Staff is nice.
Very cozy and spacious room. Excellent service and generally great location.nMany thanks to Jeremy for the unforgettable spontaneous dinner service and the interesting conversation.

Our room was smaller than expected, not what was shown on website for similar room. All the switches, coffee maker, etc were a bit different to operate with no instructions at all. Breakfast was good, it was table service and we paid for included breakfast. You could choose one entree and one beverage. If you wanted a side such as bacon, that was extra. The location was nice for walking around downtown.
