We love staying here - it’s a real treat for us, and lucky for our latest visit we were given a complimentary upgrade which made our stay even more enjoyable. Rooms are very comfortable, as such the beds & pillows are too. Welcoming staff who are very friendly. We had breakfast here for the first time and was well presented, fresh, hot, & good variety. Looking forward to our next stay!
What a wonderful stay... Rooms were so clean, spacious and comfortable. We were in town for a party and the room was perfectly suited for a recovery day after. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the High Tea a treat!nnThank you kindly Distinction Dunedin
Best service I've ever received at a hotel! We stayed here on Christmas night, six months ago, and I remember this place so fondly that I had to come back and write a review. They took such good care of us, in the hotel and the restaurant. They were 100% professional from our first arrival to checkout. They went out of their way to make sure the picky eaters children were happy with their Christmas dinner. They made this a real holiday to remember. Highly recommended!
Wow, wow, wow. Absolutely incredible hotel. I have stayed at distinction before but this place is above and beyond. I was upgraded to an executive suite and was blown away, couch, kitchen washer AND dryer. Staff were lovely, room was clean. I had dinner at the restaurant and can highly recommend the steak. Rodney, my server was lovely and very hospitable. I will be staying here again! Thank you to the team.
As a tour guide I love taking my travellers to stay at the Distinction in Dunedin. From the reception staff to the restaurant team to house keeping, nothing is a problem and after charging around New Zealand for over a week my travellers love it that there is a washing machine and dryer IN EVERY ROOM!nWell done team and thanks for helping me show Aotearoa New Zealand at its best.
