I am managing my brother s house whilst in his absence so this Asian Supermarket has been my go to shop for now. Buying my fave fruits such As Red Pear, Bananas, Mandarins along with Red Onions and Tomatoes has been my favorite purchases here. Pricing is on point and this shop is so handy. Parking right at the front.

The workers at this Thai ping are super rude and untrained. With no basic customer service.nnChucked the receipt at the groceries I paid and expects the customer to pick it up!? Turned around right after she did that.nnNo word interaction or advising how much the total is and keeps chatting to the coworker at the other stand about their personal life when they can be at least some how interacting with the customer if they need help. Simple basic manner is needed here at this location

Such great range across all Asian cuisines and at reasonable prices. Handy that you can use their empty cardboard boxes for your shopping. Only complaint would be poor / non-existent customer service from all staff.

My daughter introduced me to this store. Wow, what great variety of fresh and packaged food is here. My favourite place for noodles and sauces is this supermarket. And a friendly place too, easy to find stuff and walk out in shortest time, if in a hurry.

My husband and I often shop at Tai Ping Asian Supermarket at Flat Bush.nnMost of the staff especially Chinese cashier ladies are friendly and helpful. However, a certain Chinese lady who apparently responsible for fresh cherries section is always rude and constantly bitches about customers open the box of cherries and check the box carefully before they decide to buy. A few weeks ago, I was standing near the entrance of the supermarket where the cherries were located and heard her shouting at some customers about them checking the boxes of cherries. Honestly, it’s common sense that people check if there are any problems first before they make the purchase, right? Anyway, every time I shop there, I will avoid this uneducated and ignorant lady who doesn’t know anything about customer service.nnAnyway, still give it a try as there are huge varieties of Asian food, spices and sauces that you are not able to get at Countdown, New World or PaknSave.
