Very poor service by the duty manager or person does not what she is doing. We are 3 different people buying separately, but this Lady Bharti has the audacity to come and tell us we cannot buy separate as it's part of the store policy she really needs training on how to deal with customers we are there to shop and have the right to purchase what we want not her money the store is good place to shop but the staffs seriously need training or they need to hire some better people not likes of Bharti whatever her position is too unprofessional and untrained personal for this job seems to act like a Karen.....

I like this new world a lot better then the botany new world. There is a lot more different products on offer that you do not usually find at other supermarkets, especially their international section that is a stand out of the store with lots of different things to try. The shelves are always stocked and tidy, it is very nice supermarket

I am very disappointed with the terrible treatments by a staff called ASHVINTA. She COMPLETELY ignored me when I was at the checkout and waited until another person came to tell me to go the another checkout as the one I’m waiting is going to close. The second another person came, she told them to go to the other checkout and didn’t inform me. I am terribly disappointed with the disrespectful attitude towards me. I was totally IGNORED. This shouldn’t have happened. This feels very disrespectful and makes customers feel ignored.

It has great variety of Asian sauce and goods; like a combination of Taiping and New World. The place is clean and smell fresh. The meat range is smaller compared to New World Botany or Countdown. It's also has few Chinese style bread, like Custard bun/ red bean, milk loaf. A wide range of wines .

The worst New World EVER! The duty manager girl at 2:30pm on 3rd March 2024 lacks basic customer service skills.nnShe did not even try to provide a solution for a mistake made by the store.
