Not bad but most fruit & veg are wrapped in plastic. It's also more expensive than others around the neighbourhood.

Had everything I wanted clean lovely staff

I like to stick with the one I know and can find the products. Like most Supermarkets now not enough staff on at crucial times ie at 5.00 rush when people going home from work.

Poor selection of product. Staff used to be friendly but not these days. I tried hard to get some old products back but it never happened, then the Manager accused me of stealing. That was the last straw. I hardly go there now.

Nice, clean and organized supermarket in Botany town center. Full of a variety of products including groceries, vegetables, meat and cleaning stuff.

Always amazing here staff are so freindly and helpful and always have what we need keep up the good work you really are amazing store thank you for always having the best most amazing service

You can find the best meat cuts here. Easy and convenient.

Good visit got all I wanted there cheerful shop assistants

Clean but needs work on customer service. Cashier did not once acknowledge me until I got my receipt. But other than that clean store, great staff at the back in bakery. Only friendly faces. Cashier needs work

Always lovely smiles from staff,  greetings with smiles to adults and little children. Love going there compared to New World Howick
