New World Botany

New World Botany is our favourite supermarket in Botany.nnMy husband and I always do our grocery shopping there because New World Botany is very clean and tidy. Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Karen who always helps customers pack their grocery nice and tidy in our recycled bags. She always greets customers and has a friendly chat with them too.nnThere are lots of parking space at Botany Town Centre near Flight Centre. Lots of mobility parking lots are available for those who have mobility permit.nnWe highly recommend you to go there and do your grocery shopping if you live in Botany or East Auckland.

Received my delivery today. What’s that black powder over my Brioche?? It taste burnt and spoiled!!! I’m need a refund

I bought a hoki fish fillet on the 24th September. As the packing date on it was 23rd, I thought it was still fresh. I cooked it on the day I bought and found the smell and the taste very fishy, and it was awful ! This proved that the fish had turned bad! It wastes my money!

It is disheartening to see that the checkout Indian staff is not greeting fellow Indians in the same way they greet other customers. As an Indian myself, I believe it is important to treat all customers with the same level of respect and courtesy.

Small but well stocked, bit more expensive than sack n save tho
