New World Botany

New World Botany is our favourite supermarket in Botany.nnMy husband and I always do our grocery shopping there because New World Botany is very clean and tidy. Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Karen who always helps customers pack their grocery nice and tidy in our recycled bags. She always greets customers and has a friendly chat with them too.nnThere are lots of parking space at Botany Town Centre near Flight Centre. Lots of mobility parking lots are available for those who have mobility permit.nnWe highly recommend you to go there and do your grocery shopping if you live in Botany or East Auckland.

While the areas and products are generally clean, there have been instances of very few items left. I once bought a cream donut without any filling, and another time a grocery item was already rotten. It seems they could improve their quality assurance.

I liked the look of this store, the shelving and layout has a premium feel.nnA great range of ready made keto meals opposite the deli.nnWhile parking is not as convenient as a standalone store. If you're in the mall, it's worth a visit.
