New World Botany

This store is very big and clean. There are lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and fish. The hot food area looks really nice and smells good. Prices are good and not too expensive. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is easy to find everything, and the self-checkout is fast. The online order pick-up area is very handy too.

Local shopping need for me. If I come to this side to do some top up or normal shopping. Customer service is top notch.

We enjoy the deals what NW offers, for some reason we are always getting bouncy chicken breasts hard to know until cooked, cannot be eaten, countdown was the same, buying packs of 3-2 breasts in each pack & at least 1 would be like rubber, pretty bad with cost of living,

New World Botany is our favourite supermarket in Botany.nnMy husband and I always do our grocery shopping there because New World Botany is very clean and tidy. Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Karen who always helps customers pack their grocery nice and tidy in our recycled bags. She always greets customers and has a friendly chat with them too.nnThere are lots of parking space at Botany Town Centre near Flight Centre. Lots of mobility parking lots are available for those who have mobility permit.nnWe highly recommend you to go there and do your grocery shopping if you live in Botany or East Auckland.

Normally don't buy from this store but Sunday had something to do nearby so decided to get some dinner. Bought some beef schnitzels and they were the worst schnitzels I had In my life. TERRIBLE
