New World

Love the fresh deli foods and the fish is always super fresh too. I have tried lots of the pre prepared meat and chicken at the counter next to the fish and they are delicious! Love New World, it is definitely my favourite supermarket. Oh and the staff are lovely, always smiling and ready to help

This store is just average as while the products are usually fresh, the customer service and even customers are not as nice as others nearby.nnI prefer Countdown Meadowlands to be honest.

Online ordering is always out of stock of multiple items. Needs new management. Assured by the manager that stock was ordered and then out of stock once again when ordered. Frustrating.

I know that it’s common in big supermarkets that when you suddenly remember you have forgotten your card/money, you can ask the staff to keep them there for you so that you go home and quickly bring your card. But when it happened to me once shopping at NewWord Howick, a very nice, kind, polite and friendly staff named Manny helped me and he was very comforting and sweet. Just wanted to say a big thank you to him :

Please check your registers match your price tags.nOn checking the shopping receipt at home I have had to come back to your store on 5 different occasions to get a reimbursement.nApart from that you will get 5 stars once that is fixed.nWill visit tomorrow.
