Smart Supermarket

This shop doesn’t even deserve a star but I have to review on their terrible costumer service. Never in my life have I felt so discriminated and disrespected! Me and my siblings was told to OPEN OUR BAGS and prove with a receipt where we got a drink that DOESN’T EVEN SELL THERE! RIDICULOUS! Staff were rude. We are brown and everyone else who wasn’t was never asked to open their bags. First and last time going there. Don’t recommend going if you don’t put up with racism and discrimination.

​The food selection here is incredibly abundant, and the prices are super friendly on the wallet. They have an amazing variety of Asian foods, but what really blew me away is that they also stock local kitchen supplies, laundry detergents, and basic pet essentials. This is so rare for a typical Asian grocery store! It saves me a ton of hassle since I no longer need to make a separate trip to the local supermarket. Plus, they have this awesome deal where you can get hot-selling items like milk, eggs, or sliced beef rolls at a discounted price when you shop.n​Only downsides: It gets extremely busy, so parking can be a bit tight. Also, because they pack so many goods into the store, the aisles feel a little crowded and it takes some time to get familiar with where everything is. Overall, still a 5-star experience for convenience and value!

I just went this shop and saw a bag of chips priced at $3.99, but I was charged $5.99 at checkout. I didn't notice it when paying, only realizing it after checking the receipt in the car. I went back into the store and saw them just removing the previous $3.99 price tag, and a moment later, they replaced it with a $5.99 tag.I went to the cashier to request a product return and refund, the cashier I asked said he didn't have the authority to process refunds and told me to go to another female cashier. I went over and waited, but even after she checked out two customers, she still ignored me. The 3rd customer coming behind me to pay, so I had to say to her: 'Excuse me.' Without even looking at me, she said in a very rude tone: 'Wait in line at the back!' I told her I was here before this customer, and she then shouted at me: 'I don't know if you were here before this customer, go to the back of the line!' I had no choice but to go to the back of the line and wait for her to process my refund.After she finished checking out the third customer, I told her my situation. She only said one word to me: 'Refund?' I said yes. Then she printed a receipt, gave me a pen, and said one word: 'Name.' I didn't understand what she meant and asked her. She then pointed aggressively at the receipt with her finger and said again: 'Name.' I figured she wanted me to sign it. After I signed, she gave me six dollars without any apology.I absolutely do not recommend anyone go to this supermarket; you spend money just to get treated badly.

I only came here to do some quick top up. There was some smell but I wasn't so bothered with it.

Worst customer service ever, staff are rude and very unhelpful. Beware and careful of pricing. If you happen to make a purchase and realise the price is more than you thought they rudely refused a refund even through you haven’t left the store!! The staff is extremely rude and shout at my elderly mother who wanted a refund as she mistaken reading a price on one item and she hadn’t yet left the store yet!!! They also have a habit of making up policies on the spot as we were refused the $1.99 milk because the eggs they had on special wasn’t included in the total pricing to qualify for the milk yet there was no written signage to state this any where!!! I hope more customers voice their opinions and boycott this store. Also beware of cheap prices as often the fruits are rotten on the inside apples especially from other reviews I’m not the only one experiencing such rude service, unprofessional and false advertising from a business. I would give it a negative star if o could.
