I only came here to do some quick top up. There was some smell but I wasn't so bothered with it.

The worst customer service in the world. Checked out around 8: 45am this morning. The second lefe lane lady cashier not patient and complain we paid it slow as there is something wrong with WeChat payment system. She gave us a bad face and bad look at us. If you can't have a good customer service then should change a job instead of ruin other people life and emotion. God bless a loving heart.

I hope that business owners will wait for employees to complete customer service training before hiring them, because customers bring revenue to the business. My wife went shopping and mistaken the price, so she bought the item. When she realized her mistake, she asked the staff and asked to return it, but the staff and manager came and not only refused to let her return the item but also verbally abused her. The staff's conduct was terrible. I've shopped at many places before, and I've never seen a shop with a rule against exchanges or returns while my wife was still at the store.

Smart Supermarket at Botany is one of the best supermarkets in Auckland.nnMy husband and I went grocery shopping at Smart Supermarket at Botany yesterday afternoon. We were impressed by the clean and tidy conditions of the supermarket. Moreover, the variety of products is very wide, especially Asian products. Furthermore, there are ample parking spaces in front of the supermarket.nnThere are also quite a number of discounted items every now and then. A Chinese lady cashier is very friendly to customers who knows how to mix and mingle and wear a beautiful ample on her face.nnIn our opinion, Smart Supermarket is better than other Asian supermarkets in East Auckland.nnWe highly recommend you to check it out if you live in East Auckland or happen to drive past there.

Smart Supermarket’s cashier had an extremely poor service attitude. Their language was arrogant and rude, they showed impatience toward customers’ questions, and even displayed clear contempt and perfunctory behavior. This demonstrates a serious lack of basic professional ethics, caused strong discomfort, and severely damaged the supermarket’s image and the overall shopping experience. Acting high and mighty, I will never come back again.
