PAK'nSAVE Ormiston

PaknSave Ormiston is our favourite supermarket in East Auckland.nnThe shop is very spacious and clean. Staff are all nice and helpful.nnWe highly recommend you to do your grocery shopping there if you live in Ormiston or happen to drive past there.

It's a good and well stock supermarket, and groceries are generally cheaper by a couple of dollars. There are plenty of parking spaces ; it has a narrow drive way, will require doing a couple of 3 point turns / reversing driving skills. There weren't any visible signs that suggested the directions , and they could end up with drivers queuing up behind you as you pull out or make a turn.

Just wanna make a special shout to Nand from the Delicatessen for giving me and my mum the best customer service! She’s kind and caring! It’s rare nowadays.nnWe’ll only come back to shop here for groceries because of her! Please reward her for her services cause she deserves it!:

Was at the self checkout, before started scanning, I remembered I forgot something. Tried to go back inside with all the goods in my hands, the lady told me I can't go back inside for whatever reason. Obviously a very confused lady, cause I've never heard of not being allowed to go back inside a shop to grab something you forgot, and I've done the exact same thing dozens of times before I'm a forgetful person lol. No matter, I'll get the thing I forgot somewhere else.

I would to say that the fruits needs to be monitored I bought $4.99 one mango which was all ready bad from inside. Same with small sized watermelon which was not sweet very raw as well. Fruits in general are not up to the standard. Its quite disappointing.
