Buying tickets online helps with expedite processing for the gondola and restaurant; however, tickets for all attractions can be purchased near the attraction and the time slot doesn't matter.nnPhotos are taken at random through the cameras around the luge course and cost extra per photo... make sure you zoom in and identify yourself in the photo before you purchase.nnThe luge ride lines can be long but it is worth the wait. First time ride line is 1+ hours.

Great place to visit. Gondola up to the restaurant, cafe, bar, wine tasting, luge, zip line and mountain swing. You can spend hours up here. We did. Luge is brilliant. Pay for the five ride package followed by the wine tasting in the Volcanic Hills cellar door.

Must do guys never miss the great opportunity for adventure. Zip line is really good , safe, exciting and reasonable. Loved the luge, as they say do it once and you can't stop. It's fun. Staff and people are really friendly and helpful.

We had this place to ourselves by coming on a weekday right when they opened in the rain in late August. We are both over 6 feet and I do not think that the loses are built for people of our heights because the brakes were slow to work and the Cards were not quite big enough for us. They also went very very fast, I think because of our weight so keep that in mind. I did see a smaller person wipe out. The views of Lake Rotorua are amazing here and the gondola was a fun ride.

Such a fun experience! Take the gondola to the top, dress code for the restaurant. We did the swing and luge, both such a good time.
