Beautiful experience. They just keep getting better and better the keeper into the park you go. Highly recommended as a evening walk.
There are various hot water pools around the park. At the largest the water level seems to have risen as the boardwalk is partially submerged and blocked off. A great open space worth walking through.
Warning: Do not go over the fence and swim in the area. Hot Water is an understatement.nnThis was my first time in Rotorua, Aotetroa New Zealand. Seeing this hot spring made my jaw drop. Absolutely magical. You can feel the intensity of the hot springs as you walk around the area. Excellent photo opportunity, and morning walking route.
