Absolutely the highlight of our trip to Rotorua! This experience was incredible, and we will definitely be back to do the ultimate tour when our kids are old enough to do it.nAll the staff are incredible, so fun and welcoming, making all the people who were nervous feel at ease and ensuring everyone had the best time. We had Mac and Harry as our guides, and these guys are awesome! Very attentive to our small children, one of whom was pretty nervous at first.nThe forest is absolutely beautiful, just can't beat the views! And the guys told us about all the conservation work that's being done to preserve the native birds, which was really cool. Even got to hand feed a couple of little Robins.nOverall 10/10 experience, it's definitely a must when you're in Rotorua!!
It was an amazing experience! We had Harry and Mitchell as guides, both funny and competent. You dive in the air as high as 7 stories, cross bridges that seem suspended and get a lesson on New Zealand nature. Even more, these guys are scientists, setting traps against rodents and protecting/respecting the forest in every possible way. I highly recommend!
We had a unique experience with numerous zipline rides, unlike anything we’ve done before. The guides were highly professional, friendly, and well-informed. It was also great to know that part of the cost go towards forest regeneration. The tour had an educational aspect, highlighting how invasive species like stoats, possums, and rats can devastate a forest. I highly recommend this tour, especially for families with kids, as it’s a wonderful way to appreciate the beauty of the forest and the majestic tall kauri trees.
We really enjoyed the experience! The staff were fun, friendly, and seemed to genuinely love their work. Great value for money—I booked the Canopy Ultimate Tour, and it was absolutely amazing and unforgettable.
I took my 14yr old daughter, we wanted to do something out of our comfort zone, I booked us on the original canopy tours. We both aren't keen on heights, but after the first zip line we were loving it. The guides were amazing and very helpful. They explained how to go on each zip line and were very safe! We would definitely book again, but this time for the ultimate canopy tour. Thanks for the great experience
