Alec and Vincent were absolutely amazing guides! Funny, knowledgeable, encouraging and incredibly patient from start to finish. They made the whole experience feel safe while still keeping us laughing along the way.nA special shout-out to Alec, who was extremely patient with me at pretty much every zipline while I was quietly or perhaps not so quietly crapping my pants and questioning my life choices.nThere was never any pressure, just reassurance, encouragement and plenty of humour until I was ready to go.nTheir knowledge of the rainforest and the incredible conservation work being done was also fantastic and added so much to the experience. nAnd a huge shout-out to the other participants in our group for their patience and understanding too, especially while I spent about five minutes trying to convince myself to step off that final platform! You were all legends.nAlec and Vincent, thank you for turning something that scared the absolute crap out of me into one of the highlights of my NZ holiday. Couldn’t recommend you guys — or the whole experience — highly enough!

Honestly one of the coolest things I’ve done and experienced highly recommend. The lovely guides the two Ems they were so knowledgeable about the forest and the founders it was so cool to not only go for a private stroll but to also learn the history. Highly recommend doing these zip lines only did the ultimate experience but man worth every dollar knowing that the money goes towards looking after that beautiful forest

So much fun and excitement! The 3 hours went past super fast because we were having so much fun. Emma and Steph were fantastic hosts and really got us out of our shells and we even made friends and bonded as a whole group over 3 hours. Thanks Steph for looking after me when i was a bit scared. Highly recommended for any group, we didn’t with teenagers and they really enjoyed it too.

Epic! Kicked off a great Rotorua adventure day with the Ultimate tour and it was everything and more! Guides were top-tier, funny, professional, and put in effort to make everyone comfortable and truly enjoy their experiences. Loved the small talk and each check-in as you navigated through the zips and bridges. The conservation side was well discussed and a really solid history and ongoing efforts of the local area was really an added bonus. Anyone seeking some thrills, scenery, a feel for the local love of wildlife, don’t skip this. Will make this a must-do each time we come back to Rotorua!

We really enjoyed our first ever ziplining experience. We chose the ultimate tour and were so glad we did. Jasmine & Ange were great guides - we felt very relaxed and safe with them. They gave us info about the flora and wildlife as we walked through the forest. I got to hand feed a little wild bird. The ziplining was incredible -there were 6 and one was 400m long, and the views were absolutely stunning. We walked on narrow suspension bridges and on a tiny boardwalk around a cliff 50m off the ground & we even abseiled 16m down the last tree the hardest part was stepping off the tree into empty space as the trip down was slow. I highly recommend you do this tour - you won't regret it.
