Big big thank you to the team at Shorecare Greville Road for their exceptional care this evening. We had such a positive experience despite a slightly traumatic and stressful night.nnNurse Mark was absolutely incredible with my 4 year old daughter; She’s already asked if she can come back to visit him another day. He was thorough with his assessment, kind, and best of all- hilariously silly. His student Emma was also lovely. Doctor Pascal was patient and kind too, taking the time to listen to a 4 year olds stories and to explain her X-ray to her. Judy the radiographer was great, and the reception team were very friendly.nnThank you all so much for your help and your kindness- it makes such a difference!

Experienced amazing care from the team today from reception and triage team as well as Dr Munro. I have severe back pain caused from an injury a few weeks ago and the care provided by the whole team made me feel at ease. I was seen to promptly and was given a bed to lay down on in a room as I was to uncomfortable to stand or sit down on a chair. The nurses checked in on me regularly and everyone took their time with me and made me feel listened to and truly cared for even though I could tell how busy you all were. I truly appreciate everyone for the care provided today thank you so much xx

Excellent care. Professional service, relaxed atmosphere and with reasonable wait times in comfortable surroundings.nI walked into this practice unexpectedly and then required a couple of follow up treatments. The service remained the same even through shift changes. It was a smooth process from registration through evaluation with the nurse to doctors who took the time to listen before responding to my needs.nAn experience enhanced by the staff. Thank you.

Wounded my leg. Nurse Shabrina saw me almost straight away and was lovely. Also efficient and explained what she was doing as she cleaned and dressed leg. Dr James - friendly professional and reassuring- then checked and advised. Quicker by far than my own doctors surgery. Was amazed!

Visited for my child, reception staff were lovely and patient. A nurse unsure how to spell her name Elle gave my daughter the patience and care she needed. Spoke to her where she felt comfortable when having her dressing changed. Made my daughter's day by saying how her freckles are beautiful because she gets bullied at primary school for it alot. So her hearing it from someone else that she was beautiful made her genuinely happy. As a mum I thank her again for being an amazing, patient, kind person. Boosted up my little girls confidence
