Incredible, attentive and super caring staff. They made a stressful day so much easier for me. Wonderful big clean waiting room with water cooler.

While Shore Care Greville Road provides crucial healthcare services, there are environmental factors that could be improved for patient comfort. The air conditioning is set uncomfortably cold, and the radio plays music at a loud volume that might not suit everyone. For individuals like myself who experience migraines, loud sounds can be particularly challenging.nnOne suggestion to make the experience more inclusive could be implementing solutions like giving patients the option to wait outside. This could be managed through phone call notifications or providing devices similar to those used in restaurants, which alert patients when it’s their turn. This would allow those who are uncomfortable in the main waiting area to find a quieter and more comfortable space without the fear of missing their turn. Such adjustments would show thoughtful care for all patients, including those with sensory sensitivities.nnP.S. staff is lovely. My message is for their management.

Visited with a sick child and didn’t have to wait long to be triaged and to see a doctor. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Big shout out to Dr Andrew. He was incredible. Did not feel like he was tying to rush us though often experience with other urgent care clinics, very thorough with his examination and happy to answer question and explained everything very well. Felt we were in very confident hands and left reassured and at ease. Thank you.

Arrived with my mum, who was too sick to walk, 10 minutes before closing. Instead of empathy, I got synchronised eye-rolls from staff and was made to feel like a criminal for not knowing their hours it’s a new clinic. I understand policies, but basic kindness costs nothing. Definitely disappointed.

I was impressed by the services at Shorecare, Greville Road. The receptionist and nurse were super polite and quick to attend to us. Dr. Andrew Campbell was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable while dealing with our toddler.
