I’d like to sincerely thank Liam, for his excellent service on Saturday 19/07/2025. He was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease during the blood draw. His technique was outstanding — I hardly felt a thing. It’s rare to meet someone with such a great combination of skill and compassion. Truly appreciated!

My experience was really great, thanks to a young, gold-haired nurse whose name I unfortunately forgot. He was so funny and gentle, it truly made the whole process feel incredibly smooth and reassuring.

I was initially nervous after reading all the reviews, but this lab was one of the few places open late. The staff were kind and professional. Despite looking tired, she greeted me with a warm smile—and that made all the difference.

Went at mid day normally their busiest time of day and wait time was very decent only had to wait like 15mins. Staff were professional, efficient and kind. Was so awesome to see they bumped up to the top a mum with a new baby very thoughtful best lab tests I’ve gone to yet, thank you!
