Been here a few times, they get extremely busy but their number card system works well. Grab a card, scan the number and be seated until your number is called. Easy. Staff are down-to-business but fair. Lina, however was noteworthy: kindly patient while I sorted my forms and she was a calm, collected presence when drawing blood, with a quiet question or two for distraction, which made it a less scary process for me who is nervous around needles. I’ve been going to Apollo Drive, a few times now. Staff have always been friendly, prompt and professional. My last visit was absolutely amazing, as the staff member, James, was incredible. I didn’t feel a thing! I hope I am able to ask for him, next time I go there.
