Magic Loft Playground & Cafe - Browns Bay store

Good set up for kids to enjoy and parents to have a coffee and catch up. Huge playground for kids to climb, slide and jump. Plenty of claw machines. Busy for parking. Customer service was quite slow at the cafe as there was so many customers and only 2 staff members.

We had our boy's 5th Birthday celebration here. Amazing level of service, great play area, very clean . They do custom cakes and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was!nEven all the food was so fresh.nHighly recommend it!

Hosted my son’s 7th birthday there. Thank you Joyce and staffs for accommodating all our requests. Kids had so much fun. Parents also had a great time catching up at the cafe area while kids were playing. Party room is big and clean. Food was delicious. Play area is also very spacious and clean but the ventilation could be improved. It was very hot and we were sweating a lot. The big fans could only reach the reception area and cafe area. Magic loft could you please kindly install more fans at the play area so that kids can enjoy even more. Overall, we had a great time. Highly recommended

We recently had our daughter's 6th birthday party at Magic Loft and it was amazing. My daughter and her friends absolutely loved it. They played nonstop from morning till noon. And we had a back to back party with one of her friends so its double the fun. There were some minor issues but i already informed it to Joyce. She is so easy to talk to. And on the day she checked upon on us if everything is fine which for me is very thoughtful. She responds well to my emails and had been very accomodating from the start. My daughter now asks when she will come back to Magic Loft!

I celebrated my son's 5th Birthday with Magic Loft Brownsbay. Thanks to the spacious party room that could accommodate 25 kids with 25 parents, and the staff's thoughtful attention and care, it became an unforgettable Birthday. We all had a wonderful time, and it was especially great to hear such positive feedback from my son's friends after the Party.
