Magic Loft Playground & Cafe - Browns Bay store

I had a birthday party here for my 5 year old son. At first, I was a little nervous because it was my first time hosting a party at an indoor playground. But everything turned out really well. The staffs are very kind. The reponses were so fast. And the play area was so spacious. Everyone who came to the party was really happy.

We had my son’s 6th birthday party here, and it was such a great experience! Joyce was very accommodating and made everything run smoothly. The party room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. All the kids had an amazing time playing and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend for a fun and stress-free birthday celebration.

Visited Magic Loft in Browns Bay with my 12-year-old. The place is very clean, well organised and the staff are friendly. It’s a great space for younger children — colourful, safe and lots of climbing and play structures to explore. There’s a nice seating area for parents to relax with a coffee while keeping an eye on the kids, which I really appreciated.nnFor older kids like mine, the activities are a bit on the mild side. He still had some fun, but it doesn’t offer a lot of challenge or excitement for children around 10–12 years old. That said, it’s perfect for families with younger kids, and everything feels safe and well maintained.nnOverall, a lovely place for a relaxed family outing. I would definitely recommend it for kids under 10, and it’s still a pleasant visit even with older ones who don’t mind something more chilled.

This is our second time celebrating my son’s birthday at Magic Loft and it never disappoints! My son and his friends had an absolute blast again. The staff were super helpful too. I dropped off the decorations the day before and they happily set everything up for me. I’ve always loved the layout of the play area — it’s so easy to keep an eye on the kids while still catching up with the other parents. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a wonderful birthday party at MagicLoft! The food and the decorations were perfect I just used their default decorations in the package and brought some Stitch balloons.
