Magic Loft Playground & Cafe - Browns Bay store

Great place, loads for kids to play.nVery relaxed environment.nCoffee was lovely and food was good , they do have a big menu not just the food you see on show.nnTake the previous reviews with a pinch of salt , anywhere you can find dirt if you look hard enough.nnOverall had a great trip with me kid spent a couple hours here .nnThis place was much better than the soft play you get back in Essex .

Absolutely loved our time there. Claw machines are super easy for the kids. Huge playground of all sorts and a bonus big and safe space for all kiddies to jump on the trampolines. My 5 year old had a blast! At a great price too. Additional little cafe that has yummy eats and drinks. Definitely a location for birthday parties!

I recently took my child to Magic Loft Playground for a birthday party and it was an incredible experience. The indoor playground was filled with all sorts of fun obstacles that kept the kids entertained for hours.nnMy child especially loved the ball pit and the trampolines. The play area was not too crowded, so the kids had plenty of room to run and play. The cleanliness of the playground was also impressive and made me feel at ease. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of spots available, which is always a plus.nnThe cafe was great for grabbing a coffee or snack while we watched the kids play. The kids' party rooms were also fantastic and made for a perfect birthday celebration.nnOverall, I would highly recommend Magic Loft Playground to anyone looking for a fun, clean and convenient place for their kids to play.

Absolutely loved this place! Love the range of activities for the kids to play on, they had endless fun here : will definitely be returning!

Absolutely and grossly understaffed and filthy!!!n$36 for 2 kids aged 3 and under...nSchool holidays which means the older kids are rougher with the preschool kids with no staff supervision.nnIf you make the mistake of coming here, grab your coffee and food on the way because the level of hygiene here is non-existent. Sticky floors and tables AND food is not edible, overpriced my guess is that they apply the same standards of hygiene in their kitchen too ..nnIt honestly doesn't take much to be clean, with few products, hot water and new clean cloths so THERE'S NO EXCUSE
