We had our daughter’s 4th Birthday party at Bounce and it was amazing!nMegan, our host, was super friendly, helpful with setting up and clean down. She was engaging and very professional. Would have definitely liked longer, we got the mini bounce package and 45 minutes of play and 40 minutes in the party room. The kids wanted to keep playing.nThank you so much!

It's a good idea to get the combo deals if you have 4 Jumpers, compared to individual prices. Apart from trampolines, they also have an Under 5 play area and the Climbing Wall require closed toe shoes. You MUST have one of their branded socks. If you have brought other branded ones, ask for a Sock Swap for $1 instead of paying full price. Cafe inside with plenty of seating. However, it can get quite hot inside in summer

Loved it kids had so much fun and enjoyed it they want to go back. So big and airey compared to some places well set out.

More expensive than most trampoline parks in auckland but then again it wasn’t clear what was and wasn’t included in the price. The climbing wall was unmanned most of the time and had a gate so we assumed not included? But would have been nice to have been told if it was or wasn’t when we were buying tickets. Tramps themself were good but younger kid got bored quickly, he wasn’t young enough for mini bouncers and there wasn’t much for that 6-8yr old age group.nnMain turn off was the mould all over the ceiling. Hate to think what we were breathing in and understand it’s hard to clean that high up but felt gross

Epic experience for a party today! Massive improvement since the Jump days. The staff were exceptional, supportive and encouraging of all the kids in our party and we were very well looked after. Kids loved the food and had the most brilliant experience as well as parents. Love the new set up, the ninja course is fab!
