We celebrated our son Arjun’s Birthday on 10th Aug 11.40 am and it was wonderful!! Would really like to appreciate Cheralee for advising and arranging the exact way we wanted ! And Billie our host was wonderful - she was really lovely, helpful and the kids enjoyed with her !! Thanks a lot Bounce Northshore making my son’s birthday a very good one !!

Booked an ultimate party, arrived 10 minutes early to set up our room but were told it wasn't ready. Some rooms were setup properly, unfortunately, ours was left out today. :nnDespite being assured, the room wasn't properly set up when we arrived. Nearby rooms were fully prepared while ours was only partially done. We ended up rushing everything! Their service was slow, yet they were strict about the timing.nnLastly, the gift card is incorrect. My daughter's name is not Gabby!

It was my brothers 10th birthday. For the first time we got the party room, not expecting much difference. But our party host was amazing. He played games with the kids on the trampolines. And was being such a great role model. Great visit

The upgrade has definitely made the space more interesting and a lot better for all ages - competes fairly well for activities against the likes of Live Wire and Game Over, Bounce ensures all kids are worn out and happy at the end of the session.nReally pleased with how staff manage birthday parties there too! Super helpful, fast and efficient but never feel like they're rushing you, really top people working there.

Great place to take your kids. The new rock climbing area gives even more variety of activities.
