Booked an ultimate party, arrived 10 minutes early to set up our room but were told it wasn't ready. Some rooms were setup properly, unfortunately, ours was left out today. :nnDespite being assured, the room wasn't properly set up when we arrived. Nearby rooms were fully prepared while ours was only partially done. We ended up rushing everything! Their service was slow, yet they were strict about the timing.nnLastly, the gift card is incorrect. My daughter's name is not Gabby!

We celebrated our son Arjun’s Birthday on 10th Aug 11.40 am and it was wonderful!! Would really like to appreciate Cheralee for advising and arranging the exact way we wanted ! And Billie our host was wonderful - she was really lovely, helpful and the kids enjoyed with her !! Thanks a lot Bounce Northshore making my son’s birthday a very good one !!

- todays experience was weirdn-Older staff member told me drinks are not allowed where I was which was by the bench far from the jumping net.n- Caucasian lady with a bucket full of drinks by the end of our bench.n- Caucasian man with the coffee by the edge of the jumping net.n- very weird to be picked out from everyone with drinks may be because of my ethnicity?n- attaching photo of my drink versus the bucket full of drinks at the end of the bench and the legs of the gentleman with his coffee. :-n- otherwise your front desk team was super cool and helpful and the guys on the floor super friendly.nnVinaka,nJ

My now 13yo & all his friends had a fab time last Friday night. Service & food was fantastic. The manager absolute thumbs up for service! His co-worker in the kitchen did a great job with our food orders & nothing was an issue. The upgrade with extras such as the climbing wall is a brilliant addition. The kids also commented saying the girls on the floor were really helpful too! Thanks for making his bday night with mates so much fun. You guys deserve company recognition for efforts!

Dear Bounce inc team,nnI had my son's party at your North Shore branch, yesterday. I brought 16 guest + my son. Point for review: 1. Table was set up for only 10 people. 2. They catered food for only 10 people, therefore not enough for the 17 jumping 8 year's old guest. 3. They weren't able to use the climbing wall, after the children waited for it. 4. Only served 2 litres of liquid for the children after the activities. 5. I understand that it is a busy time for your business, but the guide that should have been allocated for our group had disappeared saying he was busy with something else, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. 6. The manager tried to remediate the situation bringing more fries and water, but we it wasn't enough lounge time left for them to finish off.nI am frustrated with the whole service.
