Thank you Samsung customer service for helping me out with my faulty tv screen. I did not get a customer number from the first four customer service people n not until I spoke to Cristina that I got a customer number. I am just being honest with my experience and not making a complain. I cancelled my first Samsung technician repair as I have called a repair man who came on the same day from East Tamaki akl. He could not repair it due to faulty screen. I again sms to Samsung asking for help n the next day Roy called me n he was very kind n helpful into solving my problem. The repair technician was also good n very courteous n polite. Finally, everything got done well and I am happy that my tv is working well again. Bought an expensive TV that died after 3yrs ...outside of the warranty but falling under Consumer Guarantees Act.nSamsung assessed and replaced the whole screen. Their Service team did an excellent job although communication was a bit disjointed throughout the process with automated messaging.nnThank you Samsung for looking after your loyal customers
