I was super hesitant, especially seeing the reviews. I mailed my Z Fold 4 in under warranty for an issue with the inner screen.nI'm pretty sure they replaced the hinge, the inner screen, outer screen, as well as the outer housing. Those were all a bit scratched.nnI expected to get a working phone, and instead I got essentially a brand new phone, that even folder flatter than I remember it going new.nnCustomer service was helpful and friendly along the way. The repair notes did only mention the screen replacement, but I'm not complaining about my phone looking like it came straight out the box. Thanks a bunch!

I have had an ongoing job under warranty for 5 weeks now, at first they couldn't find the fault so replaced some parts anyway, when I got item home it was still faulty, now they are once again reviewing it, I gave them videos of the fault, and now 5 weeks later they are asking us for more videos. They have instigated no communication with us over 5 weeks, no emails or calls, always chased up by us. getting them to answer the phone really is a 1/1000 chance. telepathy maybe required if you expect to be kept up to date regarding your job. 1 star rating implies we have received some sort of service when realistically we haven't, so much more is needed from a representive of a global brand. Samsung might make great product but do you want to risk it when these people are your only service/warranty option? It will certainly make me think twice about buying options in the future.

I'm surprised they even have any good reviews. Sent my watch away to get inspected. Told them via email and via phone call the issue and even how to get it to fault so they could see for themselves. Sent videos and.pics. Watch got sent back to me. Within 1min of wearing it, it did the same thing after I was told it was repaired. Had to send it away again for another inspection. They told me it had corrosion and parts missing. I don't understand how this was missed the first time. Obviously no one inspected it at all. And as for the parts missing, they were the only ones who took it apart. They sent me a quote for more than twice the price of what I paid for it. I did not accept the quote and they charged me a 2nd inspection fee for something that should have been found in the first inspection. Communication through the whole ordeal was garbage as well. Safe to say I will never be buying anything Samsung again.

My Samsung Heat Pump Dryer which served me well for 5+ years suddenly started making a grinding noise. Samsung CS picked it up and repaired it and dropped it off all at no charge. I’m super impressed. The pick up and drop off guys were very efficient and courteous.

I can't express how poor the support has been for my new phone purchase. I purchased a brand new S24 and within a day it was freezing and rebooting at any given opportunity.nnI worked through all their troubleshooting steps to no avail and requested an immediate replacement. They wanted to assess the phone for faults but this would take 7-10 days. Despite me saying I need this phone for work they didn't care so I'd be phoneless for that period of time. I asked for a loan phone; I could only get one from this Plaza in Auckland... I'm in Wellington. Absolutely no care or common sense at all. They follow a support script and act like robots.nnThey need to assess the way they support their loyal customers who buy their expensive products. Look at the previous reviews, the management should be taking a look at why it's so bad and making service improvements instead of fobbing off customers and leaving them in the dark.
