People here are so motivated. Keep seeing people check-in since 4:30a.m. in the early morning. Great place with plenty of professional frames and machines.

There was an asian girl working there who helped me when I had an anxiety attack in the bathroom. Forgot to take my medication on that day and it hit out of no where, was essentially stuck in the bathroom. She found me and comforted me which helped a lot, and she even closed off the bathroom temporarily so my boyfrienf and friend could help me out. Absolutely deserves a raise, she was so kind and understanding.nnAs for the gym itself, you get access to so much equipment for so little. Most gym goers are kind and theres access to changing rooms, showers, a vending machine and a water fountain. Great for people who go to school or uni as it's cheap and can be accessed anywhere

Best gym for the money by far, but the toilets are very poorly ventilatednnWhen you walk in during busy times it absolutely stinksnI think its all the steam from the showers heating up the nasty smells and making them worsenWill edit to 5 stars if there is improvement as its my only complaint

Very good gym with great environment. The only little problem is the car park is not big enough. You may need to park on the road. All other things are pretty good. I would come back here again for sure.

Fantastic gym, great environment! My favorite one in Auckland. I am at Les Mills for a year due to location convenience and it feels so terrible especially compared to my experiences here.
