I’ve been coming to this gym for quite some time now, and it has truly made a positive difference in my life. While I understand that it can get busy, I really appreciate the effort the manager and staff consistently put in to provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong health and safety standards.nnIt’s great to see a team that genuinely cares and takes pride in what they do. Their dedication plays a big part in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all members in the long run.nnWell done to the entire team—keep up the fantastic work!

Extremely good quality machines and friendly, helpful staff. Good mix between cardio and weightlifting available. Machines are rarely broken and tend to be fixed rather quickly. Very popular gym would recommend using outside of rush hours so that you can use every machine you wish. Also be weary of the 120 minute limit, if you plan or anticipate that you may go over that park on the side of the road just outside to avoid the 85 dollar fine. All in all provides immense value for the fees charged.

As a member who has been going to this location for a number of years, this batch of staff has been the absolute worst to deal with. Having witnessed the staff and the way in particular they treat kids is appalling to say the least. The rules seem to be only enforced upon the younger members rather than maintaining consistency regardless of age.nnEasiest example is the Birkenstock incident mentioned in below reviews. Eve today I have witnessed the gym manager walking past older members in crocs or slides and saying nothing to them.nnAnother incident I witnessed in the past is a younger member getting kicked out for having a gym bag on the gym floor. While I agree this is a breach of health and safety, this action should not have resulted in the member getting kicked out immediately. There are many, many adults and older members who carry their bags on the gym floor during staffed hours, yet the rules only seem to be enforced when it concerns a younger member.nnTo the staff, I encourage you to take a hard look at the culture and environment you want to have in your gym. Be more consistent with the rules across all ages instead of targeting the younger members. Kicking someone out of the gym should be the last port of call, especially for these more minor infringements. Everyone has the right to attend a work out, and if you want to have rules in place, make sure you maintain consistency rather than systematically targeting a certain age group.nnTo summarise, it’s simply appalling to see the way youth are treated by these newer staff members and manager, stop abusing your “power” over these youth and treat them with the same respect you treat your other members.nnAnd I I don’t want a automated response or to fill out a feedback form, take action and put your money where your mouth is and make changes to your staff and managers behaviour and attitude especially concerning kids, who don’t deserve to be talked down upon or mistreated regardless of their attitude or what they say. You and your staff are ADULTS; start acting like it

My siblings and I always train here. Such lovely staff that always make the effort to say hi when we come in. Has a lot of cardio machines available, a good variety of weights, functional area and classes available. There’s something for everyone.

Amazing gym with lots of variety of equipment. Staff are lovely and really helpful! Very welcoming environment to be apart of. Also has Reformer Pilates which I really enjoy!
