Purchased Clearvue product nearly a decade ago. Had an issue with the end caps on a rafter installation. Contacted PSP via phone, sent a photo via email and within a day had replacements couriered to my door, under warranty, without charge. Great to deal with a business that stands by its guarantees, promptly.
