Good place for athletes. Pool, oval track, gym. Gym ceiling quite small but cold. Good place to do your training in all levels. Make all facilities close til 12AM and this would be the best training centre in NZ.

Used to be my favorite swimming pool & gym, however not anymore recently. There are a lot of swimming lessons for kids, which is great, but the shower line is agonizing. Only 2 shower heads for girls/boys outside of the pool, many times there are over a dozen kids / other swimmers trying to use them, even though signs suggest a maximum of 5 minutes. But it's clear that some kids need 15 minutes or longer, even with their parents' help to shower. Others can only wait, temperatures is depending on weather, sometimes freezing even the lifeguards pp needs jacket, with kids crying in the shower stalls with no other warm place to go, it's heartbreaking.

Great facility, however very disappointing they use a very zealous parking fine company, who have automatic cameras on the car park issuing $65 fines for parking there to pickup your kids from swimming lessons. No signage/reminders in the facility either. They need to review their parking enforcement policy as I am not sure how a $65 fine is reasonable.

I am extremely disappointed with NAC pool policy that prohibits parents from guiding their own children in swimming. Despite explaining that I was merely correcting her technique. But I was still asked to leave the pool. The feeble excuse provided was that previous incidents involved commercial teaching, I totally understand of this point but they should be able to distinguish between a parent helping their child and a professional lesson unless they are incredibly dim-witted.nnIt is common sense not to generalize based on isolated incidents, yet the management here seems utterly devoid of this basic understanding. The staff was exceedingly arrogant and rude, and the leader's email response was filled with presumptuous and offensive remarks. This policy is nothing short of a draconian measure, unsuitable for the general public. Such a place does not cater to regular families and fails to recognize the nuances of individual situations. am the member of this Gym. I like the place where you have almost everything such as swimming pools, gym, sauna as well. The staffs are friendly, I always feel welcomed. The members are working hard . The facilities are organized and tidy. I have been guest for some of the gym, but AUT millennium is the most perfect one! highly recommend it to your guys !!!
