Really central to all the cafes and restaurants just next door or opposite, rooms are big and spacious. For the price is quite good. The back street has around 10 free parking space and underground paid parking. Reception are nice and welcoming. Would come back next time for sure.
Very run down hotel. Had a couple arguing next door, had to call downstairs to sort it out. Breakfast buffet was precooked barbecue sausages cut in half, floppy Danishes, scrambled eggs sitting in their own juices. The hotel needs an overhaul. The lobby was possibly the best part.
I was in Hamilton for a couple of days. Really enjoyed my stay, thanks to all the lovely staff members at the front for all the help.nnJust a little heads up for future stays, if you don't want the house keeping to make your bed mention it at the counter. I just assumed that if I don't put that little sign out they won't, but they did it anyway. Context: I made a third party reservation and the terms and conditions said that there would be cleaning done every single day.nnHappy stay
This was literally the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. They even had a bath tub in the room. Fantastic view of city streets. Great 24 x 7 service, and wasn’t asked for a deposit on the room. And awesome free secure parking.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Service was the best! And the room was just perfect, very clean & a good size. Excellent location! Highly recommend!
