We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The night staff, Uni, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The 24-hour check-in facility was a huge plus, and the check-in process was remarkably efficient, taking less than a minute. He even helped us secure a convenient parking spot during a busy weekend.nnThe hotel's location is fantastic, with easy parking facilities and a 24/7 reception. The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about their guests.nnWe highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and exceptional stay. The studio unit we stayed in was clean and tidy. It was somewhat dated but looked like it had recently been decorated. Plenty of parking spaces. We didn’t eat here so cannot comment. There was a lot of road noise in the unit we were in. Only stayed one night as a stop off, so was perfectly adequate for this.

Simple rooms, nothing fancy, was clean and comfortable and met our needs for the night going through Hamilton. Fast and easy check in, drop key in slot for check out. Beds were okay, kids were thrilled with the tub in the room. Walkable distance to several restaurants around. Has a pool!

Always clean, do extra touches like a welcome card and small gift, always friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and tidy, location is close to everything. Perfect for a business trip. Easy parking facilities. Easy check in and check out. Will recommend this most definitely.

Stayed two nights at the Ambassador Hotel in Hamilton. On check-in I was greeted by a very polite, welcoming and professional gentleman.nThe room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was right outside the door for ease of unloading and loading.nSo close to town, Supermarket right across the road and a selection of eateries in the same block too.nThe pool and hot tub looked great.nWould definitely book here again next time we are in Hamilton, if available.
