Heartland Ambassador Hotel Hamilton

Stayed two nights at the Ambassador Hotel in Hamilton. On check-in I was greeted by a very polite, welcoming and professional gentleman.nThe room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was right outside the door for ease of unloading and loading.nSo close to town, Supermarket right across the road and a selection of eateries in the same block too.nThe pool and hot tub looked great.nWould definitely book here again next time we are in Hamilton, if available.

Always clean, do extra touches like a welcome card and small gift, always friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and tidy, location is close to everything. Perfect for a business trip. Easy parking facilities. Easy check in and check out. Will recommend this most definitely.

Was a last minute decision to stay here but was perfect for what we needed. Pool was great for the kids and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.
