I recently had the pleasure of staying for a single night. The location proved to be quite convenient, offering easy access to the river walk area and a variety of restaurants in the surrounding streets.nMy room, situated on an upper floor, provided a pleasant view of the river. The room itself was simple, yet clean and well-maintained, with an aesthetically pleasing design in both the room and the lounge area. The staff were friendly and provided nice service. The breakfast in the morning offered good selection of food. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable lounge area. The only minor issue was that the toilet seat was not soft-closing, which resulted in some noise when closing the lid. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The staff are excellent, the hotel is inviting, and the location is wonderful. The only gripe might be that the rooms are small or the beds to big :- and the lack of places to put clothes. Otherwise Excellent and a good choice if you're making it.

Great place to stay. A hotel on a budget with first class service and beyond. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was comfortable and well appointed and the food was first class. Also conveniently located close to town, so you can leave your car in their safe hands and go for a wander or grab a lime scooter for a look around. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Hamilton.

We are satisfied with the stay. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. The view out of our window was great. I was satisfied with the parking and overall service. We felt safe. Breakfast was also fantastic. Great choices. We would want to come back if we can afford it again. Price was was on the high side. But since we came to Hamilton to attend an event to celebrate my daughter's 21st Birthday, I was willing to pay the charges. We also wanted to feel safe. But on any other occasion it will be harder for me to justify paying for the high rate.

It was my first stay without a care support or whanau due to my blindness. I was nervous but the reception staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable, a staff member escorted me to my room and verbally gave me cues to know I am swiping the right door i.e step out of the lift go to the right and 3 doors down. The staff offered me an accessible room that I declined as I was happy with the room I booked. When I went down for breakfast a staff member showed me to the breakfast layout and verbally explained where everything was and they asked if I needed anymore help. The staff were fantastic. I would stay again.
