Amazing staff who went above & beyond to accommodate me. It was an extremely stressful time due to a family member being in hospital.  When I got to my room I was presented with some sweet treats and a hand written card.  It was a lovely surprise to end a very challenging day.  I highly recommend staying here, all of the staff I encountered were very professional, informative & polite.  My room was beautifully presented, & extremely clean. The view of the river and sun streaming in made it that more wonderful. Thank you again.

I stayed at IBIS hotel in Hamilton for a couple days as a part of my job. The hotel is very easy to find and I am extremely happy with the pleasant and helpful mindset of the front line staff and service staff. The valet parking was extremely professional. The staff named Marat is awesome and proactive. Without even informing anyone, Marat took my car to electric charging station and fill charged my car. I was pleasantly surprised by his and other service staff engagement with me during my stay. The ladies at the reception were very good too. Breakfast options were limited, but just fine. I loved enjoying breakfast there watching the beauty of Waikato rivernI would say IBIS service quality in Hamilton is much better than NOVOTEL also from ACCOR Group situated just near to them.nWill definitely recommend anyone who is visiting Hamilton for a short visit and needing a nice place to stay.

No free parking, not good.nFree buffet breakfast, good.nSmall but comfortable bed, good.nThe vent on the ceiling, don't know how to turn off, make noise, not good.

Awesome staff, very easy and pleasant to deal with. Very nice room has everything that you would need, good sized rooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great stay, room nice, clean etc. dinner was really yum but breakfast is average. No parking around needed to pay for valet parking and it’s a bit expensive.
