If you are staying here on business for more than a few days, not all rooms have washing machine, even though the room information will tell you that you do indeed have one. There is a washing machine on the ground floor and it appears you can use it, if one one else is. You might be in competition with other guests.nHas a gym which is located on the other side if the road if that's your thing. The local Esplanade is a great walking area if that's your thing.
Customer service was comparable to that at a 5star hotel - Gurdev, the front office manager was the epitome of professional, welcoming & helpful. Our room exceeded expectations, it was spotless and had every amenity possible. Would gladly stay again.
Unit style hotel roomsnWith full amenities for cooking and washing clothes.nGood view of the river from the top floors.nnThe main issue holding this place back is the poor parking availability, but the hotel can't take full blame for that.nnHave been here twice and would definitely come again. Very great value for what you are getting.
Liked that apartment had it's own laundry.nShower was great. Bed was actually 2 singles put together not very comfortable. TV was a waste of time. Only standard channels, no movie or sports channels. Booked several days early, paid a deposit but was charged full price for check in day price. Definitely won't be staying there again
Always have an awesome stay here. The service is A+nYou feel so welcome every single time.nRooms are in amazing condition
