My stay at Quest Petone was exceptional from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, with both the interior and exterior presented to an outstanding standard. Everything felt modern, fresh, and impeccably clean.nThe room itself exceeded expectations — spotless, spacious, and fitted with high-quality furnishings. The bathroom was generously sized, and the room also offered beautiful views, making the stay even more enjoyable.nThe hotel is very easy to navigate, and every staff member I encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Ryan consistently provided excellent assistance whenever needed, always approachable and attentive. Quinn also delivered outstanding customer service, carrying herself with professionalism and warmth throughout our interactions.nA special thank you to the owner, Joseph, for promptly arranging a replacement coffee machine along with additional coffee pods during our stay. This level of attentiveness and efficiency truly reflects the high standard of hospitality provided by the team at Quest Petone.nParking was convenient and hassle-free, especially with the option to reserve a space in advance. The hotel’s location is also ideal, with easy access to shops, public transport, and a wide variety of dining options nearby.nHaving stayed at other Quest franchises previously, I can confidently say that Quest Petone stands out significantly. Some past experiences elsewhere were disappointing and did not reflect the quality shown in promotional photos. In contrast, Quest Petone delivered exactly what was promised and exceeded expectations in every aspect.nThank you once again to the entire team at Quest Petone for providing such a comfortable and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will certainly choose to stay here again in the future.

From the moment we drive through the gates to park our car the mess of this place was obvious. A pet cat sat along side ild beds and furniture not the best entrance.nGoing to our room the smell of pee h the hallways was overbearing.nThe room is a nice size and that's the positive.nThe shower curtian has mold all over it and when the room beside us during the night used there bathrooms the water was heard between the walls.nnDon't use a spare duvet as they are full of stains

Absolutely amazing stay at Quest Petone. From the emailing by Danika to in person with Quinn, check in was a breeze and the parking is the cheapest of any hotels at $15 per day.nnThe apartment was clean, modern and had dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Very convenient. The water pressure in the shower was very strong too.nnNice and close to shops and restaurants. And perfect for walks to the beach. 10/10nnComfortable room with air conditioner
